Abstract

메트릭스수지로서 본 발명의 말레이미드 수지 조성물을 보유하는 수지 침투가공재 및 강화섬유플라스틱과 더불어 고인성, 고탄성률, 고내열성, 고내열분해성, 저흡수성 및 고내용제성을 보유하는 경화플라스틱을 제공하는 말레이미드수지 조성물이 공개되었다.
본 발명의 말레이미드수지 조성물은 말레이미드수지〔A〕및 폴리이미드분자의 말단에 아미노기 및/또는 말레이미드기를 보유하며, 일반식〔Ⅰ〕및/또는〔Ⅱ〕의 순환단위로 구성되는 폴리이미드수지〔B〕로 이루어진다.
(식중 X는 테트라카르복실산 이무수잔유물을 나타낸다.)
(식중 Z는 일반식〔Ⅰ〕과 동일한 의미로 사용된다.)

Claims (12)

  1. 말레이미드수지〔A〕및 폴리이미드분자의 말단에 아미노기 및/또는 말레이미드기를 보유하며, 일반식〔Ⅰ〕및/또는〔Ⅱ〕의 순환단위로 구성되는 폴리이미드수지〔B〕로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 말레이미드수지조성물.
    (식중 Z는 테트라카르복실산 이무수잔유물을 대표한다.)
    (식중 Z는 일반식〔Ⅰ〕과 동일한 의미로 사용된다.)
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 폴리이미드수지〔B〕가 일반식〔Ⅲ〕및/또는〔Ⅳ〕로 대표되는 아민단위를 공중합성분으로서 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 말레이미드수지조성물.
    (식중 X는 -CO-, -SO2-, -O-, -S- 또는 -C(M)2-, M은 수소원자, C1-C5인 알킬, 알릴 또는 C1-C5인 할로알킬을 나타낸다.)
    (식중 X는 일반식〔Ⅲ〕과 동일한 의미로 사용된다.)
  3. 제1항에 있어서, Z로 대표되는 상기한 테트라카르복실산 이무수잔유물은 일반식〔Ⅴ〕로 대표되는 것을 특징으로 하는 말레이미드수지조성물.
    (식중 Y는 -CO-, -SO2-, -O- 또는 -C(M)2-M은 수소원자, C1-C5인 알킬, 알릴 또는 C1-C5인 할로알킬 및 n은 0 또는 1인 정수를 나타낸다.)
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 말레이미드수지〔A〕는 디아미노디페닐 메탄비스말레이미드 및/또는 m-페닐렌디말레이미드로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 말레이미드 수지조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 말레이미드수지〔A〕의 반응성 희석제로서 방향족 알릴 화합물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 말레이미드수지조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 폴리이미드수지의 중량이 상기한 말레이미드수지 조성물의 중량에 대하여 5-40중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 말레이미드수지조성물.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기한 폴리이미드수지〔B〕의 수평균분자량이 2000-20000인 것을 특징으로 하는 말레이미드수지조성물.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중 어떠한 항에 있어서, 상기한 말레이미드수지조성물과 강화섬유로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유 침투가공재.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기한 강화섬유는 탄성섬유 및/또는 흑연섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유 침투가공재.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 상기한 섬유 침투가공재를 경화시켜서 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유 강화플라스틱.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기한 폴리이미드수지〔B〕는 상기한 경화 말레이미드수지 조성물중에 3차원 연속상으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유 강화플라스틱.
  12. 제9항에 있어서, 상기한 수지침투가공재를 경화시켜서 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유 강화플라스틱.
