Claims (9)
- (a) 100센티포이즈 미만의 점도를 갖는 폴리이소시아네이트 성분, 및 (b) 100센티포이즈 미만의 점도를 갖고, 분자량이 43이상이고 점도가 50센티포이즈 미만인 이미노 관능성 화합물 또는 엔아민기 함유 화합물을 함유하는 이소시아네이트 반응성 성분으로 이루어진 중합체 형성 반응 혼합물로 섬유상 보강 물질을 함침시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 재료 제조 방법. 여기서 상기한 모든 점도값은 25℃ 또는 25℃에서 고체인 경우에는 그 물질의 융점에서 측정한 값임.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이미노-관능성 화합물이 하기 식의 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.상기 식중, X, Y 및 Z는 집합적으로 상기 화합물의 잔여부를 형성하는 화학적인 성분(chemical moiety)으로서, 각각 독립적으로 수소 및 N, C, O, S, Si 또는 P를 거쳐 상기 화합물의 이미노 단위(C=N-)에 결합되는 유기기로 구성되는 군 중에서 선택되며, 상기 이미노 단위의 중심 탄소원자는 3개의 원자에 결합된다.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기이미노 관능성 화합물이 1 내지 4개의 이미노 단위를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 엔아민기 함유 화합물이 하기 식의 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.상기 식중, A, B, E, G, J 및 L은 각각 독립적으로 수소 또는 임의로 치환된 탄화수소기로서, A, B, E, G, J 및 (또는) L은 임의로 서로 결합하여 하나 이상의 카르보시클릭 또는 헤테로시클릭 고리를 형성하며, D는 수소 또는 임의로 치환된 탄화수소기이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이미노 관능성 화합물 또는 엔아민기 함유 화합물의 25℃ 또는 25℃에서 고체인 경우 그 화합물의 융점에서의 점도가 25센티포이즈 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반응 혼합물이 중합가능한 불포화 화합물 또는 에폭시 모노머를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리이소시아네이트 및 이소시아네이트 반응성 화합물을 반응 사출 성형 기술을 사용하여 지방산의 염 및 실리콘 중에서 선택된 내부 이형제와 혼합시켜 서로 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 보강 섬유를 반응 사출 성형중에 두는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 의해 제조된 경화 보강 복합체.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
