Abstract
중합체 사슬의 입체화학 구조가 고도의 신디오 탁틱 구조를 갖는 스티렌계 중합체를 효율적으로 연속적으로 제조하는 방법으로서 입자체가 미리 충전되고, 유동상태에 있는 중합 반응기내에 원료의 스티렌계 모노머 및 촉매를 연속적으로 공급하고 상기한 중합반응기내를 감압상태로 유지해서 공급된 원료의 스티렌계 모노머의 일부를 증발시키므로서 중합반응기내의 온도를 제어하므로서 스티렌계 중합체를 제조하는 방법.

Claims (5)
- 입자체(6)이 미리 충전되고, 유동상태에 있는 중합반응기(1)내에 원료의 스티렌계 모노머 및 촉매를 연속적으로 공급해서 중합시켜 고도의 신디오 탁틱구조를 갖는 스티렌계 중합체를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상기한 중합반응기(1)내를 감압상태로 유지하고, 공급된 원료의 스티렌계 모노머의 일부를 증발시키므로서 중합반응기(1)내의 온도를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스티렌계 중합체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 증발시킨 스티렌계 모노머를 압축기(C)에 의해 응축시켜, 그 응축액을 원료의 스티렌계 모노머의 적어도 일부에 충당하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스티렌계 중합체의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 중합반응기 온도를 중합반응기(1)로 환류된 응축스티렌 모노머의 유량의 제어 및 중합반응기 압력 제어에 의해 중합반응기 온도를 제어하는 캐스케이드 제어에 의하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스티렌계 중합체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합반응기 온도가 반응기 재키트 냉각에 의해 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스티렌계 중합체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합반응이 온도 20-100℃압력 5-500mmHgabs에서 연속적으로 실행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스티렌계 중합체의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
