Abstract
본 발명은 유리기판상에 열선 차단층 또는 전기 전도층을 형성??키고 비산화물로 구성되거나 또는 완전히 산화되지 않고, 가시광선 영역에서 투명하며, 산화되었을 때 조차 투명함을 유지하는 일차 보호층을 형성시키고, 피복유리에 상기의 열선차단층 또는 전지전도층 및 상기의 일차 보호층을 포함하는 적어도 두 개의 층을 포함하는 다중층을 제공하고, 상기 피복유리에 대해 열처리를 수행하는 단계를 포함하는 열처리된 피복유리의 제조방법.

제1도는 본 발명에 의해 제조된 열처리된 피복 유리의 한 실시예의 단면도이다.
제2도 및 제3도는 본 발명에 따른 열처리된 피복 유리의 다른 실시예를 나타내는 단면도이다.
Claims (13)
- 유리 기판상에 열선 차단층 또는 전기 전도층을 형성시키고, 비산화물로 구성되거나, 완전히 산화되지 않고, 가시광성 여역에서 투명하되, 산화되었을 때 조차 투명하을 유지하는 일치 보호층을 형성시키고, 피복된 유리에 상기의 열선 차단등 또는 전기 전도층 및 상기의 일차 보호층을 포함하는 적어도 두 개의 층을 포함하는 다중층을 제공하고, 및 상기의 피복유리에 대해 열처리를 수행하는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 열처리된 피복 유리의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 금속 산화물로 구성되고 투명한 이차 보호층을 일차보호층상에 형성시키고, 피복된 유리에 열선 차단층 또는 전기 전도층, 일차 보호층 및 상기의 이하 보호층을 포함하는 적어도 세 개의 층으로 구성된 다중증을 제공한후, 상기의 피복 유리에 대해 열처리를 수행함을 특징으로 하는 열처리된 피복유리의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열선 차단층은 주요성분이 스테인레스 강철, 티탄, 크로뮴, 지르코늄, 탄탈 및 하프늄으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 적어도하나의 금속(이하에서, 금속M이라 칭한다.), 또는 상기 금속 M의 니트라이드 또는 금속 M의 보라이드, 또는 금속 M의 카르바이드 또는 이들의 혼합물인 필름임을 특징으로 하는 열처리된 피복유리의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 일차 보호층은 주요성분이 니트라이드, 보론 니트라이드, 카르본 니트라이드 및 실리콘 니트라이드로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나인 필름임을 특징으로 하는 열처리된 피복유리의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 일차 보호층은 주요성분이 실리콘 또는 보론의 니트라이드, 또는 실리콘, 보론, 알루미늄, 지르코늄 및 주석으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 두 개의 니트라이드인 필름임을 특징으로 하는 열처리된 피복유리의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 이차 보호층이 산소 차폐력을 가진 필름임을 특징으로 하는 열처리된 피복유리의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 이차 보호층은 주요성분이 주석 산화물, 탄탈산화물, 티탄산화물, 니오븀 산화물, 티탄산 화물 및 실리콘 산화물롤 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나인 필름임을 특징으로 하는 열처리된 피복유리의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 열성 차단층을 유리 기판상에 형성시키기 전에 비산화물로 구성되거나 또는 완전히 산화되지 않고, 산화되었을 때 조차 투명함을 유지하는 일차 하지층을 유리 기판상에 형성시킴을 특징으로 하는 열처리된 피복유리의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기의 일차 하지층을 유리 기판상에 형성시키기 전에 금속 산화물로 구성되고 투명한 이차 하지층을 유리 기판상에 형성시킴을 특징으로 하는 열처리된 피복유리의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열처리는 벤딩 및/또는 강화전의 가열공정임을 특징으로 하는 열처리된 피복유리의 제조방법.
- 굴곡 형태를 가진 유리 기판 또는 강화 유리기판, 및 상기의 유리 기판사이에 피복된, 비산화된 열선 차단층 또는 전기 전도층 및 가시광선영역에서 투명하고 비산화물 또는 산화물로 구성된 일차 보호층의 적어도 두 개의 층을 포함하는 다중층을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 피복유리.
- 제11항에 있어서, 금속 산화물로 구성되고 투명한 이차 보호층을 일차 보호 필름상에 형성시킴을 특징으로 하는 피복유리.
- 제11항에 있어서, 일차 보호층은 주요성분이 니트라이드, 보론니트라이드, 카르본 니트라이드, 실리콘 니트라이드 및 니트라이드, 보론 니트라이드, 카르본 니트라이드 및 실리콘 니트라이드 각각의 산화물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나인 필름임을 특징으로 하는 피복유리.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
