Abstract
턴다운비의 큰 펄스 연소를 실현 하므로서 각종의 제어 형태로 적용할 수 있는 자면기를 제공한다.
폭발연소에 의한 역류들 방지하는 플래퍼 밸브를 구비하지 않은 밸브 레스타입의 펄스 연소기를 열원으로 하여 탕조내의 물을 가열한다. 그리고 온도 센서로서 검출한 탕온에 따라서, 비례전자밸브의 개도, 팬의 회전수를 제어하여 탕조내의 탕온을 적절한 온도로 유지시킨다.

제2도는 탕온(湯溫)제어를 나타내는 설명도이다.
Claims (2)
- 연료가스와 연소용 공기와의 혼합기를 연소실로 송급하여 맥동적인 폭발연소를 반복하는 펄스 연소기를 열원으로 하여 탕조내의 물을 가열하는 자면기에 있어서, 적어도 연소용 공기의 공급로에는 폭발연소에 의한 역류를 방지하는 역류방지 밸브를 구비하지 않고, 연소시에 연소용 공기를 항시 연소실 측으로 송출하는 송풍기를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 자면기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탕조내의 탕온을 검출하는 온도 센서와 상기 검출된 탕온에 의거하여 상기 연소실로의 공급량을 조정하는 가스량 제어 수단과, 상기 검출한 탕온에 의거하여 상기 연소실로의 연소용 공기 공급량을 조정하는 공기량 제어 수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 자면기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
