Abstract

본 발명에 이르러, 언제라도 경화를 중단시킬 필요없이, 실온에서 충분히 저장-안정성이고, 이소시아누레이트 및 옥사졸리딘온 그룹을 갖는 고품질의 플라스틱으로 열-경화될 수 있으며, 유기 폴리이소시아네이트 및 유기 폴리에폭사이드를 기본으로 하는 반응 수지 혼합물을 제공하여, 시스템이 중간 "B-단계"상태(즉, 상온 또는 경미한 승온에서도 고체이지만 다소 용융성인 상태)에서 존재할 수 있어, 시간 경과후, 즉 적합한 용매중에서 연마하거나 용해시킨 후 상기 수지는 성형 및 추가의 열작용에 의해 이들의 최종적인 가교결합된, 더 이상 용융되지 않는 최종 상태로 전환될 수 있게 되었다.

Claims (4)

  1. a) 하나이상의 유기 폴리이소시아네이트와 b) 이소시아네이트 그룹 대 에폭사이드 그룹의 당량비가 1.2:1 내지 70:1에 상응하는 양으로 존재하는 2개 이상의 에폭사이드 그룹을 함유하는 하나이상의 유기 화합물을, c) c1)-3급 아민인 비-잠복성 촉매 0.1 내지 1.0중량%(전체 혼합물 중량기준), 및 c2) ⅰ) 알킬화 반응중에서 활성인, 유기 포스폰산 또는 인산의 산 에스테르로부터 형성된 3급 또는 4급 암모늄염 및 ⅱ) 보론 트리할라이드-3급 아민 착물로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 열적으로 잠복성인 촉매로 이루어진 촉매 혼합물 및 d) 임의로, 추가의 공정 보조제 및 부가제의 존재하에서, 반응시켜 열경화성 반응 수지 혼합물을 제조하는데 있어서, 2가지 촉매 c1) 및 c2) 혼합물이, ⅰ) 실온에서 고체이고 저장-안정성이 있으며, ⅱ) 언제나 가열에 의해 최종적으로 가교결합된 상태로 전환될 수 있는 B-단계 수지를 제공함을 특징으로 하는 열경화성 반응 수지 혼합물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 충진제, 착색제, 가공보조제 및 부가제를 추가로 함유하는, 연마성, 용융성 및 가용성 수지 혼합물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 충진제, 착색제, 가공보조제 및 부가제를 임의로 부가한 후에, 부을 수 있는 (pourable)저장-안정성 재료로 전환되고, 이후에 성형품으로 가공되는 액체수지 혼합물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 지지재에 가하여 실온에서 B-단계로 반응하고, 이후에 성형품으로 가압되는 액체 수지 혼합물.
