Claims (13)
- (a)용융된 형태의 1.5-나프틸렌 디이소시아네이트를 (b) 1.5-나프탈렌 디이소시아네이트 몰 당 물 0.02 내지 0.5 몰 각 부의 물에 대하여 유기용매 1 내지 약 10부를 포함하는 혼합물과 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여 우레아 및 뷰렛 그룹을 함유하는 변형된 1.5-나프탈렌 디이소시아네이트을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 1.5-나프틸렌 디이소시아네이트의 몰 당 0.1내지 0.25몰의 물을 사용하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 각 부의 물에 대하여 2내지 5부의 유기용매를 사용하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응을 130℃ 내지 160℃ 범위의 온도에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응을 130℃ 내지 140℃ 범위의 온도에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유기용매의 비점 범위가 80내지 140℃인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유기용매의 비점 범위가 100내지 120℃인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서 유기 용매가 수-혼화성인 방법
- 제1항에 있어서, 유기 용매가 비점 범위가 80내지 140℃인 물과 비등 혼합물을 형성하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유기 용매가 비점 범위가 100내지 120℃인 물과 비등 혼합물을 형성하는 방법.
- 제1항의 방법에 따라 제조된 우에아 및 뷰렛 그들을 함유하는 변형된 1.5-나프탈렌 디이소시아네이트를 (A)적어도 2개의 이소시아네이트-반응성 그룹을 함유하며 분자량이 500내지 10,000 범위인 화합물, 및 임의로 (B)이소시아네이트-반응성 그룹을 함유하며 분자량이 60내지 499 범위인 유기화합물, 및 (C)임의의 보조제 및 첨가제의 70내지 130의 이소시아네이트 지수에서 원-샷(one-shot)또는 예비중합체 방법으로 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여 탄성체 주형을 제조하는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 우레아 및 뷰렛 그들을 함유하는 변형된 1.5-나프틸렌 디이소시아네이트를 미세하게 연마된 고체로서 사용하는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 고형의 변형된1.5-나프틸렌 디이소시아네이트를 반응을 수행하기 전에 지방족 디아민을 첨가시켜 열화시키는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
