Claims (6)

  1. (a) 실온에서 액상이며 디이소시아네이토-디페닐메탄을 기본으로 하는 디-또는 폴리이소시아네이트 및 (b) 2개 이상의 이소시아네이트-반응성 그룹을 함유하며(평균) 분자량 약 1800 내지 12,000을 갖는 화합물 중에 쇄연장제로서 알킬-치환된 디아민의 용액으로 이루어진 반응생성물을 포함하며, 여기서 상기 성분(a) 및 (b)는 반응사출성형법에 따라 원-쇼트시스템(one-shot system)으로 가공되고, 성형품은 금형내에서 약 5 내지 60초간 후에 금형으로부터 박리되며 또한 금형은 105℃ 이상의 온도에서 유지되는, 우레판 그룹을 임의로 함유하는 폴리우레아 탄성체를 기본으로 하는 표면층과 밀도 약 0.8 내지 1.4g/㎤을 갖는 임의 기포성, 탄성 성형품의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 디아민 : 상기 화합물의 몰비가 약 3:1 내지 60:1인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 디아민이 1-메틸-3,5-디에틸-2,6-디아미노 벤젠, 1-메틸-3,5-디에틸-2,4-디아미노벤젠 또는 그의 혼합물이고, 상기 디아민이 성분(b)에 대하여 약 23 내지 45중량%의 량으로 존재하는 방법.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 디아민이 1-메틸-3,5-디에틸-2,6-디아미노 벤젠, 1-메틸-3,5-디에틸-2,4-디아미노벤젠 또는 그들의 혼합물이고, 상기 디아민이 성분(b)에 대하여 약 23 내지 45중량%의 량으로 존재하는 방법.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 디아민이 성분(b)에 대하여 약 34 내지 45중량%의 량으로 존재하는 방법.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 디아민이 성분(b)에 대하여 약 34 내지 45중량%의 량으로 존재하는 방법.
