Abstract

본 발명은 트라마돌 N-옥사이드 성분, 그의 에난티오머 및 조성물, 및 이들의 용도에 관한 것이다. 트라마돌 N-옥사이드 성분 및 그의 조성물은 통증, 설사 및 해소 상태의 치료에 약리학적으로 유용하다. 트라마돌 N-옥사이드는 또한 순수한 아편-기본 화합물에 비해 남용성, 내성, 변비 및 호흡억제와 같은 부작용을 덜 나타낸다. 또한, 경구 투여시에 트라마돌 N-옥사이드 성분은 동일 진통 용량의 트라마돌에 비해 더 장기간 지속적인 진통 효과를 나타낸다.

Claims (7)

  1. 구조식(Ⅰ)의 화합물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 구조식(Ⅱ)로 표시되어 에난티오머인 화합물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 구조식(Ⅲ)으로 표시되어 에난티오머인 화합물.
  4. 치료학적 유효량의 제1항에 따르는 화합물 및 약제학적으로 허용되는 담체를 함유하는 약제학적 조성물.
  5. 약리학적 질병상태를 치료하기 위한 유효량의 제1항에 따르는 화합물을 포유동물에게 투여함을 특징으로 하여 포유동물에서 약리학적 질병상태를 치료하는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 약리학적 질병상태가 통증인 방법.
  7. 통증을 치료하기 위한 유효량의 제1항에 따르는 화합물을 포유동물에게 투여함을 특징으로 하여, 통증으로 고생하는 포유동물에게 장기간 지속성 진통효과를 제공하는 방법.
