Abstract

본 발명은 디메틸숙시네이트를 C2-C6알칸올을 사용하여 그 자리에서 또는 별도로 에스테르교환을 시키고, 이를 유기 용매내에서의 용해도가 뛰어난 디알킬 2,5-디아릴아미노-3,6-디히드로테레프탈레이트 에스테르로 전환시킴으로써 디알킬숙시네이트의 혼합물로부터 디알킬숙시닐숙시네이트 에스테르를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (9)

  1. (1)디메틸숙시네이트를 에스테르교환 촉매 존재하에서 C2-C6알칸올을 사용하여 에스테르교환을 시키고; (2)단계 (1)의 혼합 디알킬숙시네이트 2몰을 나트륨 C1-C6알킬레이트 및 알코올 존재하에 100내지 160℃의 온도에서 혼합 디 C1-C6알킬숙시닐숙시네이트 또는 그의 2나트륨염으로 축합시키고; (3)축합 생성물을 회수하는 단계들을 포함하는 혼합 디 C1-C6알킬숙시닐숙시네이트의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알칸올이 에탄올 또는 이소부탄올인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 촉매가 금속알코올레이트인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 단계(1)이 주위온도 내지 100℃의 온도하에 실시되는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 단계(1)에서 상기 알칸올 디메틸숙시네이트 1몰당 1내지 10몰의 양으로 존재하고, 상기 촉매가 디메틸숙시네이트의 중량을 기준으로 0.01 내지 5%의 양으로 존재하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 단계(1)과 (2)에서 상기 알칸올 이외의 유기 용매가 존재하는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 단계(2)에서 각기 혼합 디알킬숙시네이트의 몰당 나트륨알킬레이트 1내지 3몰과 알코올 1내지 10몰이 존재하는 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 단계(1)과 (2)가 그 자리에서 수행되는 방법.
  9. 제1항에 따른 방법의 단계(2)에서 생성된 혼합 디-C1-C6알킬숙시닐숙시네이트를 과량의 아릴아민과 축합시키는 것을 포함하는 디C1-C6알킬 2,5-디아릴아미노-3,6-디히드로테레프탈레이트 에스테르의 제조방법.
