Abstract
정제 또는 부분 정제된 케다르시딘을 용매 추출 및 크로마토그래피 공정처리에서 케다르시딘 항종양 항생제로부터 분리된 비-단백질 발색단인 케다르시딘 발색단을 얻는다. 이 발색단은 케다르시딘의 항종양 활성을 실제로 모두 갖춘 것으로 특징지어지며 또 그렇게 밝혀졌다.

제1도는 케다르시딘 발색단의 적외선 흡수 스펙트럼(KBr 펠릿)을 나타내고,
제2도는 케다르시딘 발색단을 메탄올에 용해시켰을때의 자외선 흡수 스펙트럼을 나타내며,
제3도는 DMSO-d6에서의 케다르시딘 발색단의 양성자 자기공명 스펙트럼을 나타내고(500.13MHZ),
Claims (4)
- (a)담황색 무정형 고체로 보이고; (b)질량 스펙트로스코피로 측정시 분자량이 1029이며; (c)분자식은 C53H60N3O16Cl이고; (d)제1도에 나타낸 적외선 흡수 스펙트럼(KBr)을 보이며; (e)메탄올에 용해시 제2도에 나타낸 자외선 흡수 스펙트럼을 보이고; (f)DMSO-d6에 용해시 제3도에 나타낸 양성자 자기 공명 스펙트럼을 보이며; (g)DMSO-d6에 용해시 제4도에 나타낸13C 자기 공명 스펙트럼을 보이고, (h)벤젠-메탄올(9:1 v/v)의 용매계를 이용한 실리카 겔 박층 크로마토그래피에서 Rf값 0.29를 나타내고, 벤젠-메탄올(9:1 v/v)의용매계를 이용한 실리카 겔 박층 크로마토그래피에서 RF 값 0.16을 나타내며; (i)C18역상 실리카 겔 컬럼을 이용하여 테트라히드로퓨란-0.2M 암모늄 아세테이트(2:3 v/v) 용매계에서 고성능 액체 크로마토그래피 수행시 체류시간 12분을 나타내는 것이 특징인, 케다르시딘 발색단으로 항생물질.
- 종양-억제량의 케다르시딘 발색단과 약리적으로 허용되는 담체 또는 희석제로된 항종양 제약 조성물.
- 종양이 있는 포유류 숙주에게 종양-억제 유효량의 케다르시딘 발색단을 투여하는 것으로 됨을 특징으로 하는 포유류 숙주에 있어서의 종양 억제 방법.
- (a)케다르시딘의 수용액을 준비하고; (b)상기 수용액을 에틸 아세테이트로 추출한 다음; (c)에틸 아세테이트 추출물을 수집하여; (d)상기 에틸 아세테이트 추출물을 벤젠-메탄올 단계 구배 용리액을 이용하여 실리카겔 컬럼 크로마토그래피 처리한 다음; (e)케다르시딘 발색단을 함유하는 분획을 수집하는 단계로 됨을 특징으로 하는 케다르시딘 발색단의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
