Claims (15)
- 구조식(Ⅰ)와 다음과 같은 펜타에리트릴 디포스포네이트:이때 R1은 OH, OM, OR2또는 NR3R4이고, M은 Zn, Ca, Mg, Al 또는 Ti이고 R2는 직쇄/준지쇄 C1-C6알킬 또는 직쇄/분지쇄 모노/폴리-하이드록실레이트 C2-C6알킬이고, R3와 R4(동형 또는 이형)는 직쇄/분지쇄 아미노 또는 하이드록시 치환된 C2-C6알킬, 헤테로사이클 잔기 또는 질소 원소에 비방향족 헤테로사이클릭 구조를 형성(가능한 하나이상의 이형원자를 포함함)하는 것이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, R2가 C1-C2알킬 또는 모노/폴리-하이드록실레이트 C2알킬이고, R3와R4(동형 또는 이형임)는 C1-C2알킬 또는 아미노 또는 하이드록시 치환된 C2알킬인 것을 특징으로 하는 펜타에리트릴 디포스포네이트.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, R1이 피페라진인 것을 특징으로 하는 펜타에리트릴 디포스포네이트.
- 구조식(Ⅱ)이 하기와 같은 폴리(펜타에리트릴 디포스포네이트),이때 X는 -O-R5-0 또는이고, R5은 직쇄/분지쇄 C2-C6알킬 또는 방향족 라디칼, R6은 직쇄/분지쇄 C2-C6알킬 또는 방향족 또는 헤테로 사이클릭 라디칼이고, R7와 R8(동형 또는 이형임)은 H, 직쇄/분지쇄 C1-C6알킬, 또는 C1-C2알킬렌이고, n은 2내지 50이다.
- 제4항에 있어서, 이때 R5와 R6는 C2알킬이고, R7와 R8(동형 또는 이형)은 C1-C2알킬인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리(펜타에리트리 디포스포네이트).
- 제4항 또는 5항에 있어서, X는 피페라진인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리(펜타에리트리 디포스포네이트)
- 올레핀 중합체 또는 공중합물질, 직쇄형 폴리에스테르, 불포화 폴리에스테르, 폴리우레탄, 아크론니트릴-스티렌 공중합물질(SAN)과 아크론니트릴-부타디엔-스티렌 테르폴리모(ABS)에서 선별한 열안정 플라스틱 중합물질과 구조식(Ⅰ)의 펠타에티트릴 디포스포네이트와 구조식(Ⅱ)의 폴리(펜타에리트릴 디포스포네이트(R1과 X는 상기 정의됨))에서 선택한 자가-소멸 첨가제 일정량으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자가-소멸성 열안정 플라스틱 중합성분틀.
- 제7항에 있어서, 구조식(Ⅰ)또는 (Ⅱ)의 첨가제가 열안정 플라스틱 중합물질 100중량당 15 내지 35가 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자가-소멸성 열안정 플라스틱 중합성분틀.
- 제7항에 있어서, 구조식(Ⅰ)또는 (Ⅱ)의 첨가제가 열안정 플라스틱 중합물질 100중량당 15 내기 25가포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자가-소멸성 열안정 플라스틱 중합성분틀.
- 제7항 내지 9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 구조식(Ⅰ) 또는 (Ⅱ)의 첨가제가 암모니움 폴리포르페이트와 구조식 NHR3R4(R3와R4는 상기 정의됨)인 중성 포스페이트 아민에서 선택한 인산 성분들로 치횐되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자가-소멸성 열안정 플라스틱 중합성분틀.
- 제10항에 있어서, 암모니움 폴리포스페이트의 구조식이이고, 이때 n이 50 내지 100인 것을 특징으로 하는 자가-소멸성 열안정 플라스틱 중합성분물.
- 제10항에 있어서, 중성 포스페이트 아민이 멜라닌 포스페이트 또는 에틸렌디아민 포스페이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 자가-소멸성 열안정 플라스틱 중합성분물.
- 제10항 내지 12항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 구조식(Ⅰ) 또는 (Ⅱ)의 첨가제와 인산성분물의 비가 2:1 내지 1:3이 것을 특징으로 하는 자가-소멸성 열안정 플라스틱 중합성분물.
- 제7항 내지 13항에 있어서, 열안정 플라스틱 중합물이 저, 중 또는 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 또는 폴리프로필렌인 것을 특징으로 하는 자가-소멸성 열안정 플라스틱 중합성분물.
- 올레핀 중합체 또는 공중합물질, 직쇄형 폴리에스테르, 불포화 폴리에스테르, 폴리우레탄, 아크론니트릴-스티렌 공중합 물질(SAN)과 아크론니트릴-부타디엔-스티렌 테프롤리머(ABS)에서 선별한 열안정 플라스틱 중합물질과 구조식(Ⅰ)의 펜타에리트릴 디스포네이트와 구조식(Ⅱ)의 폴리(펜타에리트릴 디포스포네이트(R1과 X는 상기 정의됨)에서 선택한 자기-소멸 첨가제 일정량으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 방염성 열안정 플라스틱 중합성분물 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
