공장기계의 스핀들 클램핑장치
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명의 스핀들 클램핑장치의 제1실시예가 적용된 수평 보어링 및 밀링기의 스핀들 헤드의 길이 방향단면도,
제2도는 본 발명의 스핀들 클램핑장치의 제2실시예가 적용된 수평 보어링 및 밀링기의 스핀들 헤드의 길이방향단면도.

Claims (12)

  1. 스핀들 헤드에 의해 지지된 그리고 스핀들 헤드에 의해 회전가능하게 지지된 제1스핀들과 축방향을 따라서 왕복운동되도록 제1스핀들내에 회전가능하게 지지된 제2스핀들로 구성되어 있으며 여기에서 상기 제1스핀들은 중공내부 부분을 갖추고 있고 상기 제2스핀들은 제1스핀들의 내주표면과 제2스핀들의 외주표면 사이에 형성되어 있는, 스핀들의 조립체를 클램핑하기 위한 공작기계의 스핀들 클램핑장치에 있어서, 제1 및 제2스핀들의 축선방향으로 압력을 적용하기 위해 제1 및 제2스핀들 사이에 공간에 배치되고 오일챔버로 구비된 압력 적용수단, 압력적용수단 외부에 축선방향으로 공간에 배치되고, 각각은 제2스핀들의 외주표면과 접촉하는 하나의 표면과 압력적용수단의 바깥쪽으로 아래로 경사진 또다른 하나의 표면을 갖춘 제1링 요소 그리고 제1스핀들의 내주표면과 접촉하는 하나의 표면과 제1링 요소의 경사진 표면과 미끄럽게 접촉하는 또 다른 하나의 표면을 갖춘 제2링 요소로 구성되어 있는 적어도 한쌍의 클램프링, 제2링 요소를 안쪽으로 각각 가압하기 위해 클램프링 외측에 축선방향으로 공간에 배치된 탄성수단, 그리고 가압된 오일이 정압포켓을 통하여 오일챔버 안으로 공급되는 제1스핀들을 지지하는 스핀들 헤드의 접촉부분상에 형성된 정압포켓, 으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 스핀들 클램핑장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 압력 적용수단은 제1 및 제2스핀들 사이의 공간에 배치된 한쌍의 피스톤 부재로 구성되고 상기 오일 챔버는 쌍을 이룬 피스톤 부재 사이에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 스핀들 클램핑장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 스페이서 수단은 탄성수단과 제2스핀들의 외주표면 사이에 그리고 쌍을 이룬 피스톤 부재와 제2스핀들의 외주표면 사이에 더 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 스핀들 클램핑장치.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 클램프링의 상기 제1링 요소는 제2스핀들에 대하여 정적으로 배치되고 그리고 상기 제2링요소는 제1스핀들에 대하여 이동가능하게 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 스핀들 클램핑장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄성수단은 클램프링의 제2링 요소와 접촉하는 한끝부를 각각 갖추고 있는 디스크스프링으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 스핀들 클램핑장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1스핀들은 밀링 스핀들이고 상기 제2스핀들은 보어링 스핀들인 것을 특징으로 하는 스핀들 클램핑장치.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 압력 적용수단은 제1과 제2스핀들 사이의 공간에 배치된 오일링으로 구성되고 상기 오일챔버는 오일링에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 스핀들 클램핑장치.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 스페이서 수단은 탄성수단과 제2스핀들의 외주표면 사이에 그리고 오일링과 제2스핀들의 외주표면 사이에 더 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 스핀들 클램핑장치.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 클램프링의 상기 제1링 요소는 제2스핀들에 대하여 정적으로 배치되고 상기 제2링 요소는 제1스핀들에 대하여 이동가능하게 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 스핀들 클램핑장치.
  10. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 탄성수단은 클램프링의 제2링 요소와 접촉하는 한끝부를 각각 갖추고 있는 디스크스프링으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 스핀들 클램핑장치.
  11. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 제1스핀들은 밀링 스핀들이고 상기 제2스핀들은 보어링 스핀들인 것을 특징으로 하는 스핀들 클램핑장치.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 홈수단은 서로 접촉하는 제1 및 제2링 요소의 표면에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 스핀들 클램핑장치.
