n-3 지방산이 축척된 돈육 생산용 사료조성물

Claims (7)

  1. 약 70∼90%의 n-3 지방산 공급원, 약 10∼20%의 탄수화물 공급원, 약 0.1∼1.0%의 콜레스테롤 저하 촉진제, 약 0.1∼1.0%의 항상화제를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 돼지 사료 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, n-3 지방산 공급원으로서 아마씨와 들깨를 100 : 1∼10의 비율로 혼합하여 사용함을 특징으로 하는 사료 조성물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, n-3 지방산 공급원으로서 어분을 2∼5% 추가시킴을 특징으로 하는 사료 조성물.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 콜레스테롤 저하 촉진제로서 귀리를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 사료 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 항산화제로서 산토퀸(santoquin)을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 사료 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, n-3 지방산 공급원의 조성비율이 전체 사료 조성물의 75∼85%임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  7. 제1항의 사료 조성물을 돼지 도살 약 7∼15일전부터 급여시킴으로써 n-3 지방산이 풍부한 돈육을 생산하는 방법.
