본 고안은 영상신호를 화면에 출력시키는 CRT드라이브 회로에 관한 것으로, 특히 색차신호의 재생 특성을 보상하여 화질을 향상시킬 수 있는 색재생 보상회로에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 영상신호를 화면에 디스플레이하기 위한 CRT의 후단에는 CRT드라이브 회로가 있으며 상기 CRT드라이브회로는 R, G, B신호를 입력하여 매트릭싱(Matrixing)신호를 상기 CRT로 출력시키게 된다. 제1도는 종래의 CRT드라이브 회로도로서, 제1트랜지스터(Q1) 및 제4트랜지스터(Q4)와 저항(R1-R6) 및 캐패시터(C3), 인덕터(L1)로 구성되어 있으며, 상기 제1트랜지스터(R1)의 베이스에는 전원전압(VCC)이 접속되며 콜렉터에는 상기 저항(R1) 및 인덕터(L1)과 전원전압(VCC)이 접속된다. 상기 제1도의 동작을 간략히 기술하면, 입력단(1H)으로 R-Y색차 신호가 입력되고 입력단(2H)으로 -Y휘도신호가 입력된다고 가정하면, 상기 제4트랜지스터(Q4)의 콜렉터의 출력은 베이스-에미터의 전압강하를 뺀 값 즉 R-Y(-Y)=R신호의 위상반전된 출력인 -R신호가 출력된다.
상기 -R신호는 상기 제1트랜지스터L(Q1)의 전원전압(VCC)에 의해 에미터로 입력하여 콜렉터로 출력되어 출력단(Q1)을 통하여 도시하지 않은 CRT의 R단자로 출력한다. 여기서 상기 제4트랜지스터(Q4)의 에미터에 접속된 저항(R5, R6)은 신호의 밸런스(Valance)조정용 저항이며, 또한 상기 제4트랜지스터(Q4)의 에미터에 접속된 저항(R3, R$) 및 캐패시터(C3)는 휘도신호를 세팅하기 위한 세팅용 소자이다. 상기 제1도의 설명은 R신호 하나만 국한하여 설명하였으나 설제의 회로는 다단으로 결합되어 색차신호인(G-Y, B-Y)신호도 상기와 같은 방식으로 CRT로 출력된다.
상술한 바와 같은 종래의 회로는 색차신호를 보상하여 주는 회로가 CRT드라이브회로 내부에 없었거나 적절한 색재생을 보상해줄 수가 없는 문제점이 있었다. 따라서 본 고안의 목적은 상기와 같은 문제점을 감안하여 색차신호의 재생 특성을 보상하여 화질을 향상시킬 수 있는 색재생 보상회로를 제공함에 있다.
이하 본 고안을 첨부한 도면을 참조하여 상세히 설명한다. 제2도는 본 발명에 따른 회로도로서, 색차신호 및 휘도신호를 입력하여 매트릭싱 출력하는 매트릭스부(20)와, 상기 매트릭스부(20)의 색차신호 및 휘도신호를 보상하기 위한 보상부(10)와, 상기 매트릭스부(20)의 보상된 매트릭싱 신호를 화면에 출력시키는 CRT(30)로 구성되며, 상기 보상부(10)는 소정의 프로그램에 의해 프로세싱하여 출력포트(P1-P3)로 색재생을 보상하기 위한 하이 또는 로우신호를 출력하는 마이컴(10a)과, 상기 마이컴(10a)의 출력포트(P1-P3)에 베이스가 각각 접속된 보상용 트랜지스터(Q7-Q9)와, 상기 보상용 트랜지스터(Q7-Q9)의 각각의 베이스에 접속된 베이스 드라입용 안정 저항(R1-R3) 및 캐패시터(C1-C3)와, 상기 보상용 트랜지스터(Q7-Q9)의 각각의 콜렉터에 접속된 신호조정용 저항(R4-R9)으로 구성된다.
이하 본 고안을 상술한 구성에 의거 제2도를 참조하여 상세히 설명하면, 상기 매트릭스부(20)는 상술한 제1도의 회로 조합으로 이루어져 있으며 입력단(1H, 3H, 4H)으로는 각각 색차신호 R-Y, G-Y, B-Y가 입력된다. 또한 입력단(2H)으로는 휘도신호인 -Y가 입력된다. 여기서 트랜지스터(Q4-Q6)의 콜렉터에느니 반전된 출력인 -(R, G, B)가 출력된다. 여기서 상기 트랜지스터(Q4)의 R신호에 대해서만 설명을 하고 나머지는 같은 원리이므로 생략하기로 한다.
상기 트랜지스터(Q4)의 콜렉터와 접속된 트랜지스터(Q1)은 광대역 증폭을 위한 공통(Common)베이스 회로이며 저항(R22)은 부하 저항이고, 인덕터(L1)느니 피이킹(Peaking)보상용이다. 또한 상기 인덕터(L1)와 CRT(30)사이에 접속된 저항(R25)은 아아크(Arc)를 감쇄시키는 저항으로 사용된다.
여기서 상기 저항(R25)으로 출력되는 색신호는 R인데 여러 가지 요인으로 인하여 열화가 생겼다고 하면 상기 회로에는 도시하지 않았으나 피이드백, 또는 제2도에서와 같이 사용자가 상기 보상부(10)의 마이컴(10a)을 통하여 상기 R신호에 대한 보상을 하여 주어야 한다. 즉 상기 마이컴(10a)의 출력포트(P1)을 통하여 하이신호가 출력되면 상기 보상용 트랜지스터(Q7)가 턴온된다. 그러므로 상기 트랜지스터(Q4)의 에미터와 접속된 접속점(A)의 전압은 낮아져서 상기 입력단(2H)으로 입력하는 휘도신호인 -Y신호가 변화하게 된다. 따라서 상기 트랜지스터(Q4)의 콜렉터에 출력되는 -R색신호는 상기 -Y신호가 변화하는 만큼의 보상을 받게 되는 것이다.
이와 같이 차례로 상기 색차신호 G-Y, B-Y신호를 상기 마이컴(10a)의 제어에 의해 상기 보상용 트랜지스터(Q8-Q9)를 동작시켜 색차신호를 보상할 수 있게 된다.
상술한 바와 같이 본 고안은 CRT구동회로 내부에 보상부를 채택하므로써 색차신호의 재생특성을 보상하여 화질을 향상시킬 수 있는 이점이 있다.

Claims (2)

  1. 영상신호를 출력시키는 CRT드라이브 회로에 있어서, 색차신호 및 휘도신호를 입력하여 매트릭싱 출력하는 매트릭스부(20)와, 상기 매트릭스부(20)의 색차신호 및 휘도신호를 보상하기 위한 보상부(10)와, 상기 매트릭스부(20)의 보상된 매트릭싱 신호를 화면이 출력시키는 CRT(30)로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 색재생 보호회로.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보상부(10)가 소정의 프로그램에 의한 프로세싱하여 출력포트(P1-P3)로 색재생을 보상하기 위한 하이 또는 로우신호를 출력하는 마이컴(10a)과, 상기 마이컴(10a)의 출력포트(P1-P3)에 베이스가 각각 접속된 보상용 트랜지스터(Q7-Q9)와, 상기 보상용 트랜지스터(Q7-Q9)의 각각의 베이스에 접속된 베이스 드라이브 안정 저항(R1-R3) 및 캐패시터(C1-C3)와, 상기 보상용 트랜지스터(Q7-Q9)의 각각의 콜렉터에 접속된 신호조정용 저항(R4-R9)으로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 색 재생 보상회로.
