Claims (8)

  1. 약 160℃ 내지 약250℃의 온도에서 촉매로서 하기 일반식(3)의 에틸렌 글리콜 디알킬 에테르의 존재하에 극성 비양성자성 용매중에서 하기 일반식 (2)의 디클로로벤즈알데하이드를 알칼리 금속 플루오르화물과 반응시킴을 포함하는, 높은 수율로 하기 일반식(1)의 디플루오로벤즈알데하이드를 제조하는 방법
    상기식에서, 제2불소 원자는 4 또는 6위치에 존재하고, 제2염소 원자는 4 또는 6위치에 존재하며. R은 메틸, 에틸, 프로필 또는 이소프로필 그룹이고, n은 1 내지 약 50이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반응을 약 200℃ 내지 약 230℃의 온도에서 수행하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 반응을 플루오르화나트륨, 플루오르화칼륨, 플루오르화루비듐 또는 플루오르화세슘, 또는 이들의 배합물을 사용하여 수행하는 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 반응을 플루오르화칼륨, 플루오르화루비늄 또는 플루오르화 세슘, 또는 이들의 배합물을 사용하여 수행하는 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사용한 극성 비양성자성 용매가 테트라메틸렌 설폰, 디메틸 설폭사이드, 테트라메틸렌 설폭사이드, 디페닐 설폰, 디메틸아세트아미드, 디메틸포름아미드 또는 N-메틸피롤리돈, 또는 이들의 혼합물인 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 반응을 촉매로서 테트라메틸렌 글리콜 디메틸 에테르, 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 디메틸 에테르 250, 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 디메틸 에테르 500, 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 디메틸 에테르 1000 또는 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 디메틸 에테르 2000(숫자는 평균 분자량을 나타냄)의 존재하에 수행하는 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응 현탁액을 전체 반응시 충분히 혼합하는 방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 대기압, 과압 또는 감압을 사용하는 방법.
