Claims (5)
- 실리콘 알콕사이드와물, 알코올 및 촉매로 이루어진 TV 브라운관 유리의 표면처리용 코팅액 조성물에 있어서, 알코올과 물 및 산촉매가 혼합된 실리콘 알콕사이드와 부분 가수분해 혼합용액에 유리분말 0.01∼5중량%와 도전성 금속입자 1-20중량%가 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리의 표면처리용 코팅액 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유리미분말은 실리콘 알콕시드 : 물 : 알코올 :촉매의 몰비가 1 :2-14 : 4-15 : 0.0001∼0.1인 것을 장기간 밀봉시켜 얻은 드라이겔을 밀링시켜 제조된 것으로 그 입도가 0.01∼l㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 유리의 표면처리용 코팅액 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 도전성 금속입자는 산화주석, 안티몬. 인듐, 카본중에서 선택된 하나 또는 2이상의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 유리의 표면처리용 코팅액 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코팅액중의 SiO2, 유리미분말 및 도전성 금속입자로 구성된 고형입자가 전체조성의 37중량%이내로 함유된 것을 특징으로 하는 유리의 표면처리용 코팅액 조성물.
- 실리콘 알콕사이드와 물, 알코올 및 촉매가 혼합된 유리표면처리용 코팅액 조성물을 제조함에 있어서, 실리콘 알콕사이드에 알코올과 유리미분말 0.01-5중량%을 혼합하고, 여기에 물과 촉매를 혼합하여 실리콘 알콕사이드의 부분 가수분해 용액을 제조한 다음, 이 용액에 도전성 금속입자를 1∼20중량% 혼합함을 특징으로 하는 유리의 표면처리용 코팅액 조성물을 제조하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
