Claims (2)
- 아아크관 내의 불순가스를 배기하는 단계, 배기관을 통해 상기 아아크관 내에 질소가스를 일정속도로 공급하는 단계, 공급되는 질소 분위기 하에서 아아크관 양단부를 가열하는 단계, 전극과 아아크관을 핀치실한 후 질소가스 공급을 중단하고 계속해서 아아크관 내에 비활성가스를 주입하는 단계, 및 아아크관 내부를 비활성가스로 충진한 후 배기관 단부에 배기관 밀봉캡을 씌우는 단계로 되어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 고압 금속증기 방전등의 아아크관의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비활성가스가 아르곤, 네온 또는 아르곤과 네온이 혼합가스 중 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 고압금속증기 방전등의 아아크관의 제조방법.
