제3도는 본 발명 범주 밖의 통상적인 조성물의 대표적인(비교실시예 3)제품구조(분산상태)를 나타내는 전자현미경 사진이고,
제4도는 본 발명 범주 밖의 통상적인 조성물의 대표적인(비교실시예 13)제품구조(분산상태)를 나타내는 전자현미경 사진이다.

Claims (7)

  1. (A)방향족 디카르복실산 또는 이의 에스테르 형성성 유도체(a), 다음 화합물 또는 이의 에스테르 형성성 유도체(b) 및 금속 설포네이트기 함유 에스테르 형성성 화합물(c)을 다가 응축반응시켜 제조한 금속 설포네이트가 함유 방향족 폴리에스테르 공중합체를 수지성분 (A), (B-I)과 (C)의 총량기준으로 2 내지 98중량%, (B-I)적어도 하나의 α,β-불포화 카르복실산 또는 이의 유도체와 비닐 알코올 또는 이의 에스테르를 공중합시켜 제조한 올레핀 공중합체를 수지성분 (A), (B-I)과 (C)의 총량기준으로 2 내지 98중량%, (C)방향족 폴리에스테르 수지를 수지성분 (A), (B-I)과 (C)의 총량기준으로 0 내지 98중량%혼합한 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 성분 (A)를 구성하는 금속-설포네이트-함유 에스테르 단량체(C)는 상기 일반식 (Ⅰ) 및/또는 (Ⅱ)로 표현되는 화합물을 포함하고 성분 (A)를 구성하는 전체 에스테르 단량체를 기준으로 0.01 내지 15몰%범위의 양으로 성분(A)에 도입됨을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물.
    (XOCO)m-Ar-(SO3M)n (Ⅰ)
    (HORO)m-Ar-(SO3M)n (Ⅱ)
    상기식에서, -Ar-은 벤젠링 또는 나프타렌링을 나타내며, X는 수소원자 또는 저급알칼기를 나타내고, m과 n은 각각 1 또는 2이며, M은 리튬, 소듐, 포타슘 중에서 선택된 알칼리 금속으로 n이 2일때 M′는 같거나 다른 것이고, R은 -CH2CH2-, -CH(CH3)CH2-, -CH2CH(CH3)- 및 -CH2CH2OCH2CH2-중에서 선택된 2가기이다.
  3. 제1항의 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물로 성형하여 제조된 성형제품.
  4. (A)방향족 디카르복실산 또는 이의 에스테르 형성성 유도체(a), 다음 화합물 또는 이의 에스테르 형성성 유도체(b) 및 금속 설포네이트기 함유 에스테르 형성성 화합물(c)을 다가 응축반응시켜 제조한 금속 설포네이트기 함유 방향족 폴리에스테르 공중합체를 수지성분(A), (B-Ⅱ)와 (C)방향족 폴리에스테르 수지를 수지성분(A), (B-Ⅱ)와 (C)의 총량기준으로 0 내지 96중량%혼합한 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 성분(A)를 구성하는 금속-설포네이트-함유 에스테르 단량체(C)는 하기 일반식(Ⅰ) 및/또는 (Ⅱ)로 표현되는 화합물을 포함하고 성분(A)를 구성하는 전체 에스테르 단량체를 기준으로 0.01 내지 15몰%범위의 양으로 성분(A)에 도입됨을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물.

    (HORO)m-Ar-(SO3M)n (Ⅱ)
    상기식에서, -Ar-은 벤젠링 또는 나프타렌링을 나타내며, X는 수소원자 또는 저급알칼기를 나타내고, m과 n은 각각 1 또는 2이며, M은 리튬, 소듐, 포타슘 중에서 선택된 알칼리 금속으로 n이 2일때 M′는 같거나 다른 것이고, R은 -CH2CH2-, -CH(CH3)CH2-, -CH2CH(CH3)- 및 -CH2CH2OCH2CH2-중에서 선택된 2가기이다.
  6. 제4항에서 있어서, 성분(B-Ⅱ)로서의 폴리아미드 수지는 나일론 66, 나일론6, 나일론 612, 나일론 11, 나일론 12와 나일론 46, 상기 나일론으로 주로 구성되는 열가소성 폴리아미드 공중합체 또는 폴리아미드 탄성체 또는 이들의 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물.
  7. 제4항의 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물로 성형하여 제조된 성형제품.
