Abstract

본 발명은 전자부품용 착색 세라믹스 특히, 집적회로용 팩키지(package), 다층기판등의 고밀도 전자부품용으로 주로 사용되는 흑갈색 계통으로 착색된 알루미나 자기조성물에 관한 것으로, 90∼94wt%의 Aℓ₂O₃와 6∼10wt%의 SiO₂+MgO+CaO로 구성되는 세라믹 조성물 100wt%에 대하여 착색제로서 1∼2wt%의 Cr₂O₃, 0.2∼0.8wt%의 TiO₂, 0.1∼0.4wt%의 W 또는 Mo의 금속산화물, 0.5∼1.5wt%의 CoO를 첨가하여 전기적 절연특성을 저하시키지 않으며 흑갈색 계통의 착색 특성을 향상시킨 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 90∼94wt%의 Al₂O₃와 6∼10wt%의 SiO₂+MgO+CaO로 구성되는 세라믹 조성물 100wt%에 대하여 착색제로서 1∼2wt%의 Cr₂O₃, 0.2∼0.8wt%의 TiO₂, 0.1∼0.4wt%의 W 또는 Mo의 금속산화물, 0.5∼1.5wt%의 CoO를 첨가한 것을 특징으로 하는 착색 알루미나 자기 조성물.
