Claims (10)
- 조절레바(2)가 견고하게 고정되어 입력측으로 방사상 돌출된 볼(5)을 지지하는 리테이너(4)가 장설된 하우징(1)을 가지며, 볼(5)은 서로 수직이고 볼(5)의 중간점(6)을 지나는 축선(19,24)을 중심으로 하여 두 회전운동을 수행할 수 있고 두 전동부재(13,23)가 출력축에 제공된 기계적인 전환장치에 있어서, 두 전동부재(13,23)가 핀의 형태로 구성되고 각각의 축선(14,24)이 서로 평행하게 배설되어 있으며, 두 전동부재(13,23)는 프리휠기구(25,27)를 통하여 볼(5)에 각각 결합되므로서, 두 프리휠기구(25,27)가 그 제1프리휠기구(25)는 조절레바(2)안의 제1회전운동시에 제1전동부재(13)를 고정하기 위한 고정기능을 가지고 타측 프리휠기구(27)는 상황이 역전되어 제어레바(2)의 제2회전운동시에 타측 전동부재(23)에 대하여 프리휠 기능을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 기계적인 전환장치.
- 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 제1전동부재(23)가 그축선(24)이 볼(5)의 중간점(6)과 일직선상에 놓이도록 배설되고, 이 전동부재(23)의 프리휠기구(27)가 볼(5)의 중간점(6)의 영역에 배설됨을 특징으로 하는 전환장치.
- 청구범위 제2항에 있어서, 제1전동부재(23)의 프리휠 기구(27)가 힌지조인트(29), 토오션 스프링(28) 또는 절첩형 벨로우즈로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 전환장치.
- 청구범위 제1-3항에 있어서, 타측전동부재(13)가 그 축선(14)이 볼(5)의 중간점(6) 외측에 배설되고, 이 전동부재의 해당프리휠 기구(25)가 볼(5)의 표면과 전동부재(13) 사이에 개재됨을 특징으로 하는 전환장치.
- 청구범위 제4항에 있어서, 타측 전동부재(13)의 프리휠기구가 볼(5)의 표면에 형성된 원호형 리브(12)와 전동부재(13)의 요구(26)로 구성되어 원호형 리브(12)의 축선이 전동부재(23)의 축선(24)과 일치함을 특징으로 하는 전환장치.
- 청구범위 제5항에 있어서, 원호형 리브(12)가 볼(5)에 연결된 부분이고 리테이너(4)의 내면보다 큰 반경으로 배설됨을 특징으로 하는 전환장치.
- 청구범위 제1-6항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 볼(5)이 조절레바(2)와 교대로 연결되도록 하는 두 부분(10,30)을 가지며 그 축선(7,24)이 서로 90°의 각도를 두고 어긋나게 배설됨을 특징으로 하는 전환장치.
- 청구범위 제1-6항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전동부재(23)가 회전운동을 수행하고 전동부재(13)가 병진운동을 수행함을 특징으로 하는 전환장치.
- 청구범위 제1-8항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 두 전동부재(13,23)가 밀폐상태로 전환장치의 하우징(1)의 벽을 통하여 연장됨을 특징으로 하는 전환장치.
- 청구범위 제1-9항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 볼(5)이 스프링(39)으로 지지되고 볼로부터 멀리 떨어져 있는 그 단부가 하우징(1)에 형성된 요구측으로 이동가능하게 됨을 특징으로 하는 전환장치.※참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
