신규 피브로넥틴 수용체
[도면의 간단한 설명]
제1도는 여러가지 세포 형태에서 발현된 인테그린 서브유니트를 나타내는 겔의 사진이다.
제2도는 피브로넥틴 및 비트로넥틴에서의 세포 결합 분석 결과를 나타낸다. 에러 바아(error bar)는 세가지 독립적인 분석의 평균의 표준 오차를 나타낸다.

Claims (6)

  1. αv 서브유니트 및 β1서브 유니트, 또는 그의 면역학적 등가물로 이루어진 실질적으로 순수한 활성 인테그린.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 피브로넥틴 및 GRGDSPK에 결합하지만 비트로넥틴에는 검출가능하도록 결합하지 않음을 더 특징으로 하는 실질적으로 순수한 활성 인테그린 수용체.
  3. 세포 또는 조직 추출물을 분획화하고, 이 물질을 GRGDSPK를 함유한 컬럼에 통과시키고, 컬럼에 잔류하는 물질을 융출시키는 것으로 이루어진 αvβ1인테그린의 단리 방법.
  4. 피브로넥틴을 함유한 컬러상에서 세포 또는 조직 추출물을 분획화하고, 컬럼에 잔류하는 물질을 용출시켜 인테그린을 포함하는 용출물을 얻는 것으로 이루어진αvβ1인테그린의 단리 방법.
  5. αvβ1인테그린을 함유한 것으로 추정되는 시료를 αv 서브유니트 및 β1서브 유니트에 대한 항체와 접촉시키고, 서브유니트에 대한 항체의 결합을 검출하는 것으로 이루어진 αvβ1인테그린의 존재를 검출하는 방법.
  6. αvβ1인테그린에 대한 리간드를 함유한 것으로 추정되는 시료를 αvβ1인테그린과 접촉시키고, 인테그린에 대한 리간드의 결합을 검출하는 것으로 이루어진, αvβ1에 대한 리간드의 존재를 검출하는 방법.
