압력용기용 셔터 장치
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명의 셔터장치의 실시예를 개략적으로 보여주는, 일부가 단면으로 도시된 정면도,
제2도는 상기 셔터장치를 제1도의 II-II을 따라 취한 부분단면도,
제3도는 상기 셔터장치의 개폐작동상태를 보여주는 부분측면도,
제4도는 상기 셔터장치에서의 덮개 조립체의 진퇴수단의 일례를 보여주는 확대 부분측면도.

Claims (10)

  1. 용기의 개구부에 적합한 크기의 가요성 재료로 이루어진 시일(seal)판(1), 및 그 시일만의 외측면에 접촉하며 폭방향으로 연장되는 다수의 비임(beam)부재(2)로 구성된 뚜껑 조립체(Y)를 포함하며, 상기 비임부재는 상기 시일판의 폭방향으로 연장하는 연결 기준선을 따라 상호 평행하게 배치되도록 상기 시일판에 연결되며, 상기 개구부 전면의 폐쇄위치(A)와 외측 하우징상의 임의의 격납 위치(B)사이에는 적어도 하나의 굴곡부(71)를 지니는 가이드부재(7)가 연장되며, 상기 뚜껑 조립체를 상기 가이드 부재를 따라 전진시키는 진퇴수단(30), 및 폐쇄위치(A)에 의해 상기 뚜껑 조립체를 상기 개구부를 향해 가압하는 가압수단(60)이 설치되있는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력용기용 셔터(shutter)장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 뚜껑 조립체는 실제로 평편한 면을 지니는 시일판과 상자형 단면을 지니는 비임부재로 구성되며, 상기 시일만의 폭방향을 따르는 연결점에서 볼트등의 결합(3)에 의해 견밀하게 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 셔터장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 시일만은 쿠숀재(1′)를 지니는 복합구조물로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 셔터장치.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 시일판은 부재(la), (lb), (1c), (ld)로 이루어진 다중구조물로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 셔터장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 시일판은 탄성판으로 구성되며, 상기 시일만의 일측면에서 상기 비임부재가 동간격으로 보지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 셔터장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 진퇴 수단은 상기 가이드 부재를 따라 길게 배치된 체인(31) 및 그 체인을 구동시키는 기어모터(32)로 구성되며, 상기 체인과 상기 비임부재의 단부를 연결하는 브래킷 부재(55) 및 연결구(56)를 지니는 것을 특징으로 하는 셔터장치.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 체인에 대해 상기 개구부의 측부로부터 이격된 방향으로 힘을 가하기 의한 수단(50)이 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 셔터장치.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가압수단은 일세트의 캠 형상 부재(61,62)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 셔터장치.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 일세트의 캠 형상 부재가 스프링 부재(65)에 의해 연결되며, 캠의 내부의 일측의 부재(61)는 그것의 최하단 위치에 계합부(61′)를 지님으로써, 상기 뚜껑 조립체의 하단의 폐쇄위치(B)에 도달하는 최종 단계에서 상기 계합부에 부착되고, 상기 개구부를 향해 압출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 셔터장치.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 뚜껑 조립체가 폐쇄위치(A)에서 상기 개구부에 실제로 수직하게 배치되며, 격납위치(B)에서 실재로 수평하게 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 셔터장치.
