제1도에는, 포화기(1)을 통해 기체상 영양물로 포화된 배지를 위한 유입구(3)가 장착된 반응 용기(4)가 제시되어 있다.

Claims (6)
- 적어도 부분적으로 배지로 충진된 생반응기내의 세포에 기체상 영양물을 기포의 형태로 배송하여 공급하는 방법으로서, 기포의 체류 시간이 기포가 배지중에 용해되는 시간과 대등함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 배지가 비-교반되며, 기포는 생반응기내의 배지 컬럼 최대 높이의 80-95%에서 용해됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 기포의 초기 직경(db)이(여기에서, D=확산 계수[m2/s], △C=매스 이동에 대한 추진력 즉, 기포 근방의 기체상 성분 농도와 벌크 농도간의 차이[mol/m3], η=점도[Pa. s], △ρ=배지의 밀도-기체 기포의 밀도[kg/m3], Cmol=기체 몰 농도[mole/m3] 및 Hr=반응기내 액체 컬럼의 높이[m]에 부합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항 또는 3항에 있어서, 액체 컬럼의 높이가 1미터이고 기포의 초기 직경은 250μm과 대등하거나 250μm미만임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 배지가 교반되고, 초기 기포 직경이(여기에서, KL=매스 이동 계수[m/s], △C=매스 이동에 대한 추진력 즉, 기포 근방의 기체상 성분 농도와 벌크 농도간의 차이[mol/m3], Cmol=기체 몰 농도[mole/m2] 및 tr=체류 시간)에 부합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 기포의 초기 직경이 300μm와 대등하거나 300μm미만임을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
