Claims (4)

  1. 하우징내에 회전 가능하게 장착되고 방사 여과통로(12)를 가진 드럼과, 여과 통로를 커버하는 전도 가능한 필터천(15)과, 드럼의 단부면을 폐쇄하는 커버(18)와, 커버에 제공된 여과될 부유물을 위한 공급 개구와, 공급개구를 통과하는 공급 파이프(19)와, 필터천을 바꾸기 위해서 드럼과 커버가 겹치어 왕복 운동하는 회전 가능한 구동 중공축과 지지축에 위해서 서로 축선으로 이동 가능할때 드럼의 개구가 위험한 임계 회전속도보다 회전속도가 더 높게 회전하는 동안에 커버가 드럼에서 떨어지므로써 드럼의 개방을 방지하는 안정 장치를 포함하는 슬리브 필터 원심분리기에 있어서, 스크류 스핀들(34)은 지지축(9)에 배치되고 이 스크류 스핀들(34)과 결합하는 너트(33,36)는 스크류 스핀들(34) 혹은 너트(36)가 모터(44)에 의해 회전으로 구동 가능하므로 지지축(9)은 중공축(3)과 드럼(11)의 회전속도에 대한 스크류 스핀들(34) 혹은 너트(36)의 회전속도에 따라서 중공축(3) 내에 겹치어 왕복 운동하며, 전기모터(44)에 의해 구동되는 스크류 스핀들(34) 혹은 너트(36)의 회전속도가 중공축(3)의 회전속도 보다 클때 드럼(11)이 개방되며, 스크류 스핀들(34) 혹은 너트(36)의 회전속도가 중공축(3)의 회전속도 보다 적을때 드럼이 폐쇄되며, 모터(44)의 최대 회전속도는 스크류 스핀들(34) 혹은 너트(36)에 부과된 최대 회전속도가 드러미의 임계 회전속도 보다 적게 선택되므로 드럼이 임계 회전속도 보다 적은 회전속도로 회전 될때만 개방되는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬리브 필터 원심분리기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 스크류 스핀들(34) 혹은 너트(36)를 구동하는 모터(44)의 회전속도가 회전속도 아래의 영역으로 조정 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 슬리브 필터 원심분리기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 스크류 스핀들(34) 혹은 너트(36)는 다른 회전속도를 가지는 다수의 선택적으로 스위치가능한 모터에 의해 구동 가능하며, 이들 모터의 최대 회전속도는 스크류 스핀들(34) 혹은 너트(36)에 부과된 최대 회전속도카 드럼(11)의 임계 회전속도보다 적게 되도록 선택되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬리브 필터 원심분리기.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 조정 가능한 변환기어는 모터(44)와 스크류 스핀들(34)사이에 장치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬리브 필터 원심분리기.
