Claims (8)
- (1A) pH4.5-5.0의, 시염수를 함유하는 약 0.04-0.06M 아세테이트 완충액에 최소한 하나의 유리 실프하이드릴기, 항체단편의 mg당 약 10-150μgSn의 양으로의 염화제1주석, 및 약 30-40-폴드그램분자량 초파의 염화제1주석 이상의 타르트레이트를 갖는 1가 항체단편의 섬광영상화를 위한 단위투여량을 함유하는 무균용액, 또는 (1B)pH 4.5-5.0의 시염수를 함유하고 슈크로오즈에서 약 0.08-0.1M로 만들어진 약 0.04-0.06M 아세테이트 완충액에 최소한 하나의 유리 설프하이드릴기, 항체단편의 mg당 약 10-150μgSn의 양으로의 염화 제1주석, 약 30-40-폴드그램분자량 초과의 염화제1주석이상의 타르트레이트를 갓는 1가 항체단편의 성광영상화를 위한 단위투여량을 함유하는 무균용액의 동결건조물과, (2)효과적인 섬광영상화양이 Tc-997m-과테크네뮴산염을 함유하는 무균용액을 혼합하는 단계를 포함하므로서 Tc-99m으로 항체단편의 실제적이고도 정량적인 라벨링을 상온에서 약 5분에 달성할 수 있으며 Tc-997m-라벨링 1가 항체단편의 무균용액이 방사성 면역검출을 위한 환자에게 즉시 주입할 수 있게 함을 특징으로 하는 Tc-99m-라벨링 1가 항체단편의 무균의 주입가능용액 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 1가 항체단편이 Fab-SH 또는 Fab'-SH 단편임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 항체 또는 항체단편이 종양반(tumor marker)을 특이적으로 결합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 항체 또는 항체단편이 감염병해, 미생뭍 또는 기생충과 회합된 항원을 특이적으로 결합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 항체 또는 항체단편이 심근경색증, 응집물 또는 동맥경화증 반파 화합된 항원을 특이적으로 결합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 항체 또는 항체단편이 정상기관 또는 조직과 회합된 항원을 특이적으로 결합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- pH4.5-5.0의, 식염수를 함유하는 약 0.04-0.06M 아세레이트 원충액에 최소한 하나의 실프하이드릴기, 항체단편의 mg당 약 10-150μgSn의 양으로의 염화제1주석 및 30-40-폴드그램분자량과의 염화제1주석 이상의 타트트레이트를 갖는 1가 항체단편의 섬광영상화를 위한 단위 투여량을 기본적으로 함유하는 무균용액이 넣어진 밀봉된 무균의 용기를 포함하는데 항체단편이 종양, 감염명해, 미생물, 기생충, 심근경색증, 응집물, 동매기경화증 반 또는 정상기관 또는 조직에 의해 생성되거나 그들과 회합된 항원에 특이적으로 결합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 Tc-99m으로 1가 항체단편을 방사성 라벨링하기 위한 킷트.
