Claims (21)
- 적어도 두 개의 입력 매개 연결부와 전기 작동 수단에 의해 편향될 수 있도록 결합되는 폐쇄 부재 사이에 삽입되는 밸브 시트를 가지며, 상기 밸브 시트와 폐쇄 부재는 재료층으로 구성된 2차원으로 제조되며, 폐쇄부재는 상기층에 합치되어서 입력 매체로 부하될 공간에 인접한 양호한 탄성막에 의해 전기 작동 수단과 대향으로 이동하는 다층 구조를 갖는 마이크로 밸브에 있어서, 압력 부하막(18,26)과 대향으로 작동하는 압력 보정부분(27)은 막(18)에 견고하게 연결된 폐쇄부재(24,43)의 공간에 배치된 것을 특징으로 하느 마이크로 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 막(18)의 압력 부하 영역(26)과 압력 보정 영역(27)은 원래 동일한 크기인 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 밸브.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 압력 보정 영역(27)의 크기는 밸브 시트(23,41)에 의해 제한되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 밸브.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 밸브 시트(23,41)의 직경은 막(18)의 유효 직경에 거의 대응하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 밸브.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 출구 연결부(21)에서 압력에 의해 부하된 폐쇄부재(24)의 영역(30)은 요흠(28)의 압력에 의해 부하되고 막의 유효직경에 의해 측정된 링막(18)의 영역만큼 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 밸브.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 막(18)은 차례로 하부층(11)상에 배치되어서 중간층(12)에 구성되어 있고, 중간층(12)은 하부층(11)으로부터 이의 측면상으로 이동하여 밸브 시트(23,41)가 구성된 덮개층(13)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 밸브.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 막은 환형막(18)으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 밸브.
- 제7항에 있어서, 환형막(18)을 형성하기 위해 중간층(12)은 공간(15)을 형성하는 환형홈 형태인 요홈(14)을 가지며, 이 요홈(14)은 막(18)보다 더 두꺼운 중심층부(19)를 에워싸며, 상기 작동 폐쇄부재(24)는 막(18)에 의해 특정측으로 형성된 판형 혈소판(24)으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 밸브.
- 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 막(18)과 폐쇄 부재(24)는 중간층(12)의 두께 내측으로 함께 연장된 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 밸브.
- 제9항에 있어서, 덮개층(10)의 밸브 시트(23)는 중간층(12)과 직면하는 덮개층의 내부 측면상에 놓여있는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 밸브.
- 제6항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 밸브 시트(41)는 덮개층(13)의 외측에 배치되고 폐쇄 부재(43,44)는 덮개층(13)을 통하여 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 밸브.
- 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가동 성분(18,24,73)은 이중 환형막(18,73)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 밸브.
- 제12항에 있어서, 밸브 시트(23)를 지지하는 중간층(71)은 환형막(18,73)을 형성하는 중간층(12,72)사이에 배치되어 있고, 폐쇄부재(24)는 중간층(12,72)의 중심층부(19,74) 사이에 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 밸브.
- 제12항 또는 제13항에 있어서, 작동 수단(29,75)은 이중 환형막(18,73)을 갖는 가동 성분(18,24,73) 상부에 그리고 하부에 대칭적으로 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 밸브.
- 제1항 내지 제14항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 피에조전기 또는 열전기 작동 코팅(46 또는 51)은 막(18)의 작동 수단으로써 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 밸브.
- 제1항 내지 제14항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전극(29)은 막(18)을 정전기적으로 견인하기 위한 작동 수단으로써 하부층(11)에 배치된 것을 특징으로 하느 마이크로 밸브.
- 제1항 내지 제14항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 열저항(61)은 막(18)의 열유체 편향에 의해 작동수단으로써 하부층(11)에 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 밸브.
- 제1항 내지 제17항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 공간(15)은 입구 연결부(17)에 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 밸브.
- 제1항 내지 제13항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 다층 구조는 실리콘 기술로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 밸브.
- 제1항 내지 제18항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 다층 구조는 박막 또는 후막 기술로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 밸브.
