Claims (9)

  1. 약 10 내지 약 100℃의 온도 및 약 0 내지 약 50bar의 수소 과대기압의 반응조건하에서 활성탄상 백금 촉매의 존재하에 반응물에 대해 불활성인 유기용매내에서 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 할로게니트로벤젠을 적어도 화학량론적 양의 하기 일반식(Ⅲ)의 카보닐 화합물과 반응시킴을 포함하는, 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 N-알킬할로게노아릴의 제조방법.
    상기식들에서, X는 염소 또는 브롬원자이고, n은 1 또는 2이며, R1은 직쇄 또는 측쇄의 알킬(C1-C4)라디칼이고, R2는 직쇄 또는 측쇄의 알킬(C1-C6)라디칼이거나, 또는 일반식(Ⅰ)에서는 R1및 R2는 이들이 결합된 탄소원자와 함께 5원 또는 6원 사이클로알칸 환을 형성할 수 있고, 일반식(Ⅲ)에서는 R1및 R2는 카보닐 그룹의 탄소원자와 함께 5원 는 6원 사이클로알칸 환을 형성할 수 있다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반응을 약 10 내지 약 100℃의 온도에서 수행하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 반응을 약 5내지 약 25bar의 수소 과대기압에서 수행하는 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 반응을 사용한 할로겐노니트로벤젠에 대해 약 2 내지 약 10중량%의 탄소상 백금 촉매 존재하에 수행하는 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 반응을 사용된 할로노겐노니트로벤젠에 대해 약 3 내지 약 5중량%의 탄소상 백금 촉매 존재하에 수행하는 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사용된 할로겐노니트로벤젠이 p-니트로클로로벤젠, o-니트로클로로벤젠, p-브로모니트로벤젠, 2,5-디클로로니트로벤젠, 3,4-디클로로니트로벤젠, 3,5-디클로로니트로벤젠, 2,4-디클로로니트로벤젠 또는 2,3-디클로로니트로벤젠인 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 카보닐 화합물로서 아세톤, 디에틸 케톤, 메틸 에틸 케톤, 메틸 이소부틸 케톤, 메틸 이소프로필 케톤, 에틸 아밀 케톤, 에틸 이소아밀 케톤, 사이클로펜파논 또는 사이클로헥사논을 사용하는 방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 반응을 용매로서의 메탄올, 에탄올, 이소프로판올, 이소부탄올, 에틸 아세테이트, n-부틸 아세테이트, 이소프로필 아세테이트, 이소아밀 알콜 또는 2-에틸헥산올 중에서 수행하는 방법.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 할로겐노니트로벤젠을 1 내지 약 1.5배의 화학량론적 양의 카보닐 화합물과 반응시키는 방법.
