제 3도는 개략 도시된 유체 이송 매커니즘으로서, 적립 위치에서의 본 발명을 나타내는 3-3선의 단면을 따라 취한 제 2도의 실시예의 부분 측단면도.

Claims (10)

  1. 적용할 유체를 유도하도록 설계되며 한 단부에서 목 개구를 가지는 유체 저장기와, 유체 도포기 수단과, 유체 저장기로부터 상기 유체 도포기 수단까지 유체의 계량된 이송을 수행하며, 유체 저장기의 목개구 상하에 배치된 유체 이송 수단을 구비하며, 상기 유체 이송 수단은 제 1 및 제 2유체 입구로부터 이격된 제 1 및 제 2유체입구와 유체 출구를 가지며 제 1유체 입구가 유체 방출 수단에 인접하며 제 2유체 입구가 유체 방출 수단에 부착되며 유체 방출 수단에 유체 연통하는 중공 튜브 부재의 말단부 쪽으로 배치되는, 연장 가능하며 신축자재의 스프링 편기된 유체 방출 수단도 구비하며, 상기 유체 도포기 수단은 그 외면상에 분산 수단을 가지며 도포기 캡의 구멍이 유체 방출 수단의 유체 출구를 수용하도록 설계되며 도포기 캡은 도포기 캡에 강제된 예정력으로 인해 유체가 재반응되어 연장되며 차례로 유체가 유체 저장기로부터 분산 수단까지 이송되는 식으로 유체 저장기에 대해 이동가능한, 구멍을 가진 도포기 캡도 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 도포기 장치.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 유체 방출 수단은 피스톤이 오버캡상의 예정력에 의해 신축가능할 때 유체 출구밖으로 유체를 강제하여 분산 수단으로 강제되며, 힘이 제거되고 피스톤이 연장될 때 유체 저장기로부터 유체입구중의 하나를 통하여 펌핑 챔버로 끌어들이는, 펌핑 챔버내의 스프링 하중 피스톤을 가지는 펌핑 메커니즘도 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 도포기 장치.
  3. 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 유체 출구는 도포기 캡의 내부에서 리세스 안으로 억지끼운 맞춤된 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 도포기 장치.
  4. 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 펌핑 매커니즘에 유체 연통으로 접속된 상기 유체 이송 수단은 볼 체크 밸브도 구비하며, 상기 볼 체크 밸브는 채널내에 이동가능한 볼을 가지고 장치가 수직 위치이고 유체가 제 1입구를 통하여 펌핑 메커니즘으로 흡수될 때 제 2유체 입구가 폐쇄되며, 장치가 역전 위치일 때 제 2유체 입구가 노출되고 유체가 제 2입구를 통하여 펌핑 메커니즘으로 흡수되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 도포기 장치.
  5. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 도포가 캡의 상면은 상기 유체 저장기의 종방향축에 대해 수평에 대해 비스듬히 지향된 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 도포기 장치.
  6. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 분산 수단은 다공성 물질로 형성된 요소인 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 도포기 장치.
  7. 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 다공성 물질로 형성된 요소는 구멍을 가진 도포기 캡의 상면에서 상기 리세스에 놓인 다공성 물질의 패드이며, 상기 리세스는 도포기 캡의 구멍으로부터 연장되며 유체 출구를 통하여 다공성 물질의 패드부분을 넘어 방출된 유체를 분배시키도록 설계된 그안에 채널을 가진 유체 분배 수단을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 도포기장치.
  8. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 유체 이송 수단은 유체 저장기의 목개구 안으로 크림프된 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 도포기 장치.
  9. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 도포기 캡에 끼워지며 유체 저장지의 상부와 제거가능하게 접속되는 보호 오버캡도 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 도포기 장치.
  10. 장치에 함유된 살충제 용액이 용기로부터 도포기 캡상의 다공성 물질까지 이송되는 식으로 제 1항의 유체도포기 장치를 조종하는 단계와, 표면 부분에 대항아여 다공성 물질을 가압하고, 살충제 용액의 스트립이 표면에 적용되는 방향으로 도포기를 이동하고, 필요에 따라 소정 영역을 커버하도록 더 많은 살충제 용액의 이동을 수행하기 위해 다른 압력 증분을 적용하여 소정 박멸 효과를 일으키도록 살충제 용액막의 유효량을 적용하는 단계를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 곤충 접단을 제어하는 방법.
