Claims (6)
- 인자 헤드용의 자기 회로 구성부품중, 복수의 부재의 결합체로서 구성되는 상기 구성 부품의 최소한 1개의 부재를 금속 분말을 사용해서 성형하여 소결하는 과정에서, 미리 성형된 다른 부재와 결합 일체로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 와이어 임팩트식 도트 프린터용 인자 헤드의 구성 부품.
- 복수의 부재의 결합체로 하여 구성되는 인자 헤드용의 자기 회로 구성 부품을 대상으로 하여, 이 구성 부품을 구성하는 최소한 1개의 상기 부재를 금속 분말을 사용해서 사출 성형법에 의해 성형하고, 다음에 소결하는 과정에서 미리 성형된 다른 부재를 결합하여 일체적으로 소결하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 와이어식 임팩트식 도트 프린터용 인자 헤드의 구성 부품의 성형방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 상기 금속 분말이 고투자율이 재료 또는 고포화 자속 밀도 재료인 것을 특징으로 하는 와이어 임팩트식 도트 프린터용 인자 헤드의 구성 부품과 그 성형 방법.
- 제2항에 기재된 자성 재료의 미분말과 결합제를 혼현하는 공정과, 이것을 사출 성형하는 공정과, 고온에서의 상기 결합제를 제외한 탈 결합제 공정과, 미리 성형된 다른 부재를 결합하여 일체적으로 소결하는 공정으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는와이어 임팩트식 도트 프린터용 인자 헤드의 구성 부품의 성형 방법.
- 제3항에 기재된 상기 복수의 부재가 코어(5)와 베이스 프레임(2)인 것을 특징으로 하는 와이어 임팩트식 도트프린터용 인자 헤드의 구성 부품과 그 성형 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 상기 복수의 부재가 플런저(8)와 레버 편(9)인 것을 특징으로 하는 와이어 임팩트식 도트 프린터용 인자 헤드의 구성 부품과 그 성형 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
