Abstract

PURPOSE:To make the structure of an actuator solider and its motion more stabilized sparing additional works for the positioning of bearing and core, by forming monolithically and sintering a bearing part of the actuator and an armature. CONSTITUTION:Coils 13 are set to a magnet core 12 having a bearing part 4, and an electric current is flowed to set an armature unit 7 in a swaying motion. The bearing part 4 of this formation is formed and sintered using materials for oil less bearing. Then it is set to a molding die for an armature 6 of the unit 7 with a pivot hole 5 of the bearing part 4 as a reference. Then the armature 6 and the bearing part 4 are formed monolithically and sintered by means of sintering materials for electromagnets. To the unit 7 thus formed monolithically a lever 8 is connected by soldering to obtain a lever assembly 10. This lever assembly 10 is mounted to the magnet core 12 by means of a pivot pin 11 to make the structure of an actuator solider and its motion more stabilized.
