Claims (21)

  1. 개방끝을 가진 캐니스터를 형성하는 베이스로 구성되며, 연료입구통로, 연료출구통로, 상기 입구통로와 연이어 통할수 있는 제1 축상통로를 내부에 형성하는 중앙 제1 관로수단과 상기 출구통로와 연이어 통하는 제2 축상통로를 형성하는 상기 제1 관로수단을 둘러싸는 제2 관로수단을 가진 베이스 수단, 상기 캐니스터내에 수용가능하고 입자물질과 물을 연료로부터 제거시키기 위하여 상기 베이스 수단에 장착 가능하며, 커버와, 유지어깨부를 형성하는 원주시임을 따라 상기 커버에 연결되는 제1 엔드캡으로 구성되는 커버수단, 상기 제1 축상통로와 연이어 통하는 제1 챔버를 형성하는 상기 제1 엔드캡에 장착되는 제1 필터수단, 상기 제1 필터수단에 대하여 축상 배치되어 상기 커버수단의 외부로 뻗으며, 상기 제2 축상통로와 연이어 통하는 제2 챔버를 형성하는 제2 필터수단을 포함하는 필터 카트리지수단, 및 상기 카트리지 수단을 상기 베이스수단에 체결시기 위하여 상기 베이스 수단과 나사맞물림 가능하며 상기 유지어깨부에 대하여 축상맞물림 가능한 칼라를 포함하는 리테이너 수단으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료필터 조립체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2 축상통로는 동축상에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료필터조립체.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2 필터수단 사이에 배치되는 중간 엔드캡을 더 포함하며, 상기 중간 엔드캡은 상기 제1 관로수단을 수용하는 크기의 제1 개방부를 형성하며 상기 중간엔드캡을 상기 제1 중간수단과 유체밀봉시키는 제1 밀봉수단을 더 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료필터 조립체.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제1 중간 엔드캡으로부터 축상일정간격 유지된 제3 엔드캡을 더 포함하며, 상기 제2 필터요소는 상기 중간 및 제3 엔드캡 사이에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료필터 조립체.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제3 엔드캡은 상기 제2 관로수단을 수용하는 크기의 제2 개방구멍을 형성하며 상기 제3 엔드캡을 상기 제2 관로수단에 유체밀봉시키는 제2 밀봉수단을 더 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료필터조립체.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 카트리지 수단을 상기 베이스 수단에 유체밀봉시키기 위하여 상기 립과 상기 커버와의 사이에서 밀봉가능한 커버 밀봉수단을 더 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료필터조립체.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 커버 밀봉수단은 상기 시일에 아주 접근하여 위치되며 상기 시임에 대하여 상기 리테이너수단을 나사체결함으로써 압축적으로 장전되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료필터조립체.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2 필터요소는 물을 통과시키지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료필터조립체.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 분리된 물을 집수하는 펌프수단을 더 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료필터조립체.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 베이스 수단으로부터 돌출하는 적어도 하나의 키이를 더 포함하며, 상기 커버수단은 상기 적어도 하나의 키이를 정합수용하는 적어도 하나의 슬롯을 형성하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료필터조립체.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2 관로의 축상끝에 배치된 환형필터 스크린을 더 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료필터조립체.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 캐니스터로부터 횡단하여 돌출하는 원주립과, 상기 커버수단을 상기 립과 밀봉시키는 밀봉수단을 더 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료필터조립체.
  13. 외부면, 장착면 및 유지어깨부를 가지고 있는 커버를 형성하는 커버수단, 제1 끝 및 축상일정간격 유지된 제2 끝을 가지고 있으며 중앙 내부영역을 형성하며 상기 제1 끝에서 상기 장착면에 장착되는 필터요소로 구성되어 있는 제1 필터수단, 제2 끝에서 상기 필터요소에 장착되며, 중간 중앙개방부를 형성하여 상기 중간개방부를 통하여 수용되는 관로를 유체밀봉시키기 위하여 중간 밀봉수단이 상기 중간 개방부내에 수용되도록 하는 중간 엔드캡 수단, 축상 일정간격 유지된 제1 및 제2 끝을 가지며 중앙내부영역을 형성하며, 상기 제1 끝에서 상기 중간 엔드캡에 장착되는 필터요소로 구성되는 제2 필터수단, 상기 제2 끝에서 상기 제2 필터요소에 장착되며, 상기 제2 엔드캡수단의 축상끝을 둘러싸고 있으며, 상기 중간 개방부와 동축을 이루는 제2 중앙 개방부를 형성하는 제2 엔드캡수단, 및 상기 제2 개방부를 통하여 수용된 제2 관로를 유체 밀봉시키기 위하여 상기 제2 개방부에 수용된 제2 밀봉수단으로 구성되어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료필터카트리지.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 중간 엔드캡 수단은 제1요소의 둘레가장자리부를 맞물림하는 제1 플랜지와 제2 요소의 둘레가장자리부를 맞물림하는 제2 플랜지를 형성하도록 복합형식으로 구부러진 판으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료필터카트리지.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 커버수단은, 커버부재와, 로울시임내에서 연결되어 상기 어깨부를 형성하는 내부캡 부재로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료필터카트리지.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 제1 부재는 개방부를 형성하며, 상기 개방부내에 배치된 환기밸브를 더 포함하며, 상기 제2 부재는 적어도 하나의 구멍을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료필터카트리지.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 상기 제2 부재는 적어도 하나의 슬롯을 형성하는 환형면부분을 더 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료필터카트리지.
  18. 연료입구통로, 연료출구통로, 상기 입구통로와 연이어 통할수 있는 제1 축상 통로를 내부에 형성하는 중앙 제1 관로수단과 상기 출구통로와 연이어 통하는 제2 축상통로를 형성하는 상기 제1 관로수단을 둘러싸는 제2 관로수단을 가진 베이스로 구성되며, 캐니스터와 상기 캐니스터로부터 돌출하는 립을 포함하고 있는 베이스 수단, 연료를 여과시키기 위하여 상기 베이스 수단에 장착가능하며, 커버와 유지 어깨부로 구성되는 커버수단, 상기 캐니스터에 의해 둘러싸여 있으며 상기 제1 축상통로와 연이어 통하는 제1 챔버를 형성하는 제1 필터요소와, 상기 제1 관로수단을 유체밀봉관계로 수용하기 위하여 제1 개방부 수단을 형성하는 제1 엔드캡으로 구성되며, 상기 커버수단에 장작된 제1 필터수단, 상기 제2 관로수단을 유체밀봉관게로 수용하기 위하여 제2 개방부 수단을 형성하는 제2 엔드캡을 포함하며, 상기 캐니스터에 둘러싸여 상기 제1 및 제2 엔드캡 사이에 뻗어있는 물의 통로를 통과시키지 않는 제2 필터요소를 포함하고 있는 제2 필터수단, 상기 립과 상기 커버수단과의 사이에서 압축적으로 밀봉가능한 밀봉링으로 구성되며, 상기 카트리지 수단을 상기 베이스수단에 유체 밀봉시키는 밀봉 수단을 포함하는 필터 카트리지수단, 및 상기 카트리지 수단을 상기 베이스 수단에 체결시키기 위하여 상기 베이스 수단과 나사 맞물림 가능하며 상기 어깨부에 대하여 축상 맞물림 가능한 칼라를 포함하는 리테이너 수단으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료필터 조립체.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 상기 밀봉수단은 상기 칼라를 상기 베이스수단에 대하여 나사체결함으로써 압축적으로 장전되는 O- 링을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료필터 조립체.
  20. 제19항에 있어서, 상기 커버수단을 상기 어깨부를 형성하는 로울 시임내에서 연결되는 한쌍의 부재를 더 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료필터조립체.
