Claims (35)
- 의료 폐기물을 처리하는 장치에 있어서, 의료 폐기물을 소독할 수 있는 RF 전자기 웨이브를 방사할 수 있는 장치, 그리고 소독된 의료 폐기물을 폐기물 매립지에 매립하지 않고 유용한 재생물질로 전환시킬 수 있는 장치로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 의료 폐기물의 처리장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, RF 전자기 웨브를 방사하는 장치가 절연성 히터로 구성되는데 이 절연성히터는 RF 웨이브를 방사하여 폐기물의 온도를 90내지 100℃로 상승시킬 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 절연체 히터는 약5내지 100MHz 주파수의 웨이브를 발생시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 절연체 히터는 약5내지 25MHz 주파수의 웨이브를 발생시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.

- 의료 폐기물을 처리하는 장치의 구성에 있어서, 의료 폐기물 용기를 수용하여 강판으로 이동시키는 콘베이어, 용기에 있는 의료 폐기물을 파쇄하여 1인치 또는 ½인치의 조각으로 만드는 강판, 강판에서 폐기물 조각을 수용하여 용기로 이송하는 스쿠르 컨베이어, 스쿠르 컨베이어에서 압착된 폐기물 조각을 수용하는 용기, 용기를 수용하여 폐기물 조각을 압착시키는 공기압착 프레스, 용기를 덮는 덮개, 압착된 폐기물이든 덮개로 밀봉된 용기를 소독하는 절연체히터, 그리고 용기에서 소독된 조각을 수용하여 살균 소독된 조각을 블럭으로 압착하는 발러(Baler)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
