Claims (12)
- 중량 평균 분자량이(Mn)이 적어도 200,000인 제1에틸렌 정합체(X) 20-80중량부와 Z평균 분자량/수평균 분자량(Mz/Mn)의 비율이 최소 6이며, Mw가 50,000이하인 제2에틸렌 중합체(Y) 80-20중량부의 혼합물을 주성분으로 포함하는 전자 사진용 토너 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1에틸렌 중합체(X)의 분자량(Mw)이 200,000-1,000,000의 범위내에 있는 토너 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1에틸렌 중합체(X)가 30-70중량부이고, 제2에틸렌 중합체(Y)가 70-30 중량부인 토너 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, Mz/Mn의 비율이 6-100의 범위내에 있는 토너 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2에틸렌 중합체(Y)의 Mw가 1,000-50,000의 범위내에 있는는 토너 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌 중합체는 에틸렌계 불포화 단량체를 용액 중합, 현탁중합 유화중합으로 구성된 그룹으로 선택된 중합방법에 의해 중합시켜 얻어진 것을 특징으로 하는 토너 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌계 불포화 단량체는 아크릴산에스테르, 메타크릴산에스테르, 스티렌, 디알킬 푸마레이트 에스테르, 아크릴로니트릴, 메타크릴산, 계피산, 푸말산모노에스테롤, 아크릴산, 아크릴아미드, 메타크릴아미드로 구성된 그룹엣 선택된 최소한 1종의 단량체인 토너 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 토너중의 중합체 혼합물의 양이 50-95중량%의 범위내에 있는 토너 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리염화비닐, 폴리올레핀, 폴리에스테르, 폴리비닐부틸, 폴리우레탄, 폴리아미드, 로진, 테르펜수지, 페노라수지, 에폭시수지, 파라핀왁스, 폴리올레핀왁스로 구성된 그룹으로 선택된 최소한 1종의 첨가제를 추가로 함유하는 토너 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합체 100중량부당 5-300중량부의 착색제를 함유하는 토너 조성물.
- 제14항에 있어서, 전하조절제, 얀료 분산제 및 오프셋 방지제를 추가로 함유하는 토너조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 각종 첨가제가 가해진 상기 중합체 혼합물은 미리 혼합한 뒤, 가열 용융 상태에서 혼련하여 냉각한 후, 잘게 분쇄하고 분급하여 8-20㎛범위의 입자를 수거하는것을 특징으로 하는 토너 조성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개되는 것임.
