제1도는 본 발명에 따른 로의 가열요소를 도시한 부분 측면도, 제2도는 제1도의 선 Ⅱ-Ⅱ을 따라 취한 가열요소를 도시한 단면도.

Claims (7)

  1. 30㎜이하의 두께를 가지는 띠강들을 열간 압연 가공단계에서 요구되는 온도로 균일하게 가열시키는 유도로로서, 유도장치(3)내에 내화재로 둘러 싸여져 있는 일열의 코일(2)을 포함하고 있으며, 띠강(1)이 연속적으로 통과하는 하나 이상의 주파수 변환기에 의해서 상기 각각의 코일(2)이 공급을 받으며, 상기 띠강(1)이 상기 각각의 코일(2)과 인접한 다른 코일들과의 사이에 설치된 여러 쌍의 로울러(10)에 의해서 수용 및 지지되어 전방으로 이동하게 되어 있는 유도로에 있어서, 상기 각각의 코일(2)이 상기 띠강(1)의 전방 이동방향으로 500㎜이하의 칫수를 가지며,상기 띠강(1)에 의해 형성된 평면에 대해 적어도 상부 또는 하부면 상에서 각각의 유도장치(3)상에 분포되어 있는 몇쌍의 플럭스 집중장치(4,4')를 더 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유도로.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 각각의 플럭스 집중장치(4,4')가, 상기 띠강(1)의 반대쪽에 있는 다른 쌍의 상응하는 집중장치와 대체로 동축으로 설치되어 있으며, 자기 박판 철로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유도로.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 모든 상기 플럭스 집중장치(4,4')가, 상기 띠강(1)의 측면 가장자리 부근에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유도로.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 플러스 집중장치(4,4')가 상기 띠강(1)의 이동방향을 가로지르는 방향으로 이동 가능하게 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 유도로.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 플러스 집중장치(4,4')가 상기 띠강(1)의 평면에 수직항 방향으로도 이동 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 유도로.
  6. 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 상기 플럭스 집중장치(4,4')의 위치를 조절하는 셋트 스크루(9,9':11,11'), 및 외부 제어핸드휘일(5,5',5a,5a')를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유도로.
  7. 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 상기 플럭스 집중장치(4,4')의 자동 이동을 위한 구동수단을 더 포함하고 있으며, 상기 구동수단이 상기 유도로의 출구에서의 상기 띠강(1)의 온도 뿐만아니라 상류에서의 검출수단에 의해서 감지된 속도, 온도, 및 두께등의 데이타를 처리하는 수단과 상호 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유도로.
