제1도는 자동차바퀴에 장착된 발명에 따른 브레이크의 축단면도, 제2도는 디스크의 외부부분이 단면적으로 도시된 같은 브레이크의 측면도, 제3도는 제2도의 선 Ⅲ - Ⅲ 을 따라 본 부분적 단면도.

Claims (8)

  1. 한편으로 공기에 의해 냉각하도록 되고 단부에 열려진 다수의 방사상 통로(40)를 갖고 있고 그것에 관해 축상으로 움직이면서 바퀴와 각적 구동관계를 갖도록 장착된 동심원의 환상의 부분(20)으로 구성되고 그것에 동축상에 있는 바퀴와 단단하게 되어 있는 디스크(12)와 다른 한편으로 제어수단의 작용하에서 언급된 원판(12)위에 조이는 힘을 작용할 수 있는 마찰표면을 갖고 디스크(12)의 어느쪽 측부에나 배열되며 차량의 고정된 허브(10)와 단단하게 되어 있는 패드지지물(23)을 가진 두 브레이크패드(21a, 21b)를 구성하는 형태이면서, 디스크(12)가 축 개구부를 정의하는 환상의 부분(20)을 갖고 바퀴허브(7)위에 제거할 수 잇도록 끼워맞춰진 소위 외부의 환상의 부분(20)과 내부의 환상의 부분(13)을 구성하고, 각 브레이크 패드(21a,21b)는 언급된 디스크(12)와 동축인 고리의 모양을 갖고 마찰표면을 형성하는 내부면 (22a,21b)는 탄소/탄소로 만들어지고 공기에 의해 냉각되도록 된 단부에 열려진 다수의 방사상통로(40)를 갖고 마찰표면을 제외하고 산화안되는 페인트의 층으로 모든 표면을 덮고 있는 특징이 있는 특히 차량자동차 바퀴용 디스크 브레이크.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 고정된 패드(21a)라 불리는 패드의 하나는 차량의 허브(10)와 단단하게 되어 있고, 패드지지물(23)은 움직이는 패드(21b)로 불리는 다른 패드의 외부측면(25b)의 정면에 배열되고 패드지지물(23)의 원주위에 분포된 다수의 프리지(26)에 의해 고정된 패드(21a)에 연결되는 언급한 디스크(12))에 동축인 제1의 단단한 환상의 시일드(24b)로 구성되고, 움직이는 패드(21b)는 회전을 방지하도록 브리지(26)와 협동하는 수단(30)을 구성하고, 제어수단은 움직이는 패드(21b)와 언급한 제1시일드(24b) 사이에 갖추어지고 그것들과 언급한 움직이는 패드(21b) 사이에 열보호수단(39b)의 끼워넣음으로써 그것으로부터 열적으로 절연되는 특징을 갖는 브레이크.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 패드지지물(23)은 언급한 브리지(16)에 의해 제1시일드(24b)에 연결되고 고정된 패드(21a)의 외부측면(25a)의 정면에 배열되는 디스크(12)에 동축인 제2의 단단한 환상의 시일드(24a)을 구성하고, 열보호수단(39a)은 고정된 패드(21a)와 제2시일드(24a)사이에 끼워지는 특징이 있는 브레이크.
  4. 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 제어수단이 다수의 유압식 잭(33)을 구성하고 각 잭(33)은 브리지(26)의 근처에 배열되는 특징이 있는 브레이크.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 각 잭(33)은 움직이는 패드(21b)을 향하여 열려지고 제1시일드(24b)내에 형성된 방(37)과 열보호수단으로 작용하는 라디에이터(39b)의 끼워넣음으로 움직이는 패드(21b)의 외부측면(25b)위에 인접하고 방(37)안에서 미끄러지도록 장착된 피스톤(35)을 구성하고 방(37)은 유압식 회로의 가스를 없애도록 배열 된 기름공급관을 통해 함께 연결되는 특징이 있는 브레이크.
  6. 제5하에 있어서, 공급관은 다수의 제1시일드(24b)안에 갖춰지는 특징이 있는 브레이크.
  7. 제1항에서 제6항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 디스크(12)의 외부부분(20)은 내부의 환상의 벽(19)으로부터 내부로 뻗어가는 다수의 테논(18)을 갖고, 디스크(12)의 내부부분(13)은 원주로부터 외부로 뻗어가는 다수의 핀(16)을 갖고 언급한 핀은 외부부분(20)에 관해 내부부분(13)의 상대적 회전을 방지하기 위해 테논(18)의 방사상 벽(17)과 협동하는 특징이 있는 브레이크.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 차량이 후진운동시 제동노력을 지지하는 핀(16)의 수는 차량이 전진운동시 제동노력을 지지하는 핀(16)의 수보다 작은 특징이 있는 브레이크.
