Claims (29)
- 방법이; 원하는 모양을 형성하는 외부표면을 갖는 주형을 갖추기; 언급한 원하는 모양에 언급한 주형의 언급한 외부표면에 늘어나는 이음매없는 직물을 맞추기; 언급한 원하는 모양으로 팽창되고 저장을 위해 소형으로 줄어드는 팽창되는 콘파인먼트를 얻도록 언급한 주형으로부터 언급한 직물을 제거하기을 구성하는 충돌중 차량의 승객을 보호하기 위해 사용되는 팽창 되는 콘파인먼트를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 언급한 직물이 이음매없는 꼬여진 직물 구조를 형성하도록 언급한 주형의 언급한 외부표면에 관해 실을 꼬므로써 외부주형 표면에 맞춰지는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 언급한 직물이 기계방향과 횡기계방황으로 늘어나는 뜨여진 직물을 가하므로써 외부형표면에 맞추어지는 방법.
- 제1항에서 3항까지중 어느 한 항에 있어서; 언급한 직물이 언급한 주형의 언급한 외부표면에 일치될때 언급한 직물에 경화성 코팅을 입히기; 언급한 주형의 언급한 모양과 동일한 모양을 갖는 경화된 코팅된 물질을 갖추도록 충분한 온도에서 충분한 시간동안 언급한 코팅에 열을 가하기 여기서 언급한 가열단계는 느슨해지고 열은 언급한 탄성중합체의 코팅된 직물을 후속적으로 늘이도록 언급한 직물에 가해진다를 구성하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 언급한 꼬이는 단계는 각실이 다른실의 하나나 그이상의 밀과 위를 교대로 가로지르면서 언급한 다수의 실을 대각선으로 가로지르므로써 언급한 실을 연결하도록 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 언급한 원하는 모양을 형성하도록 언급한 주형을 팽창시키는 방법.

- 제4항에 있어서, 언급한 코팅된 직물의 언급한 후속적인 늘어남은 경화되는 언급한 주형의 크기를 대략 3에서 25퍼센트 넘는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 언급한 코팅은 폴리클로프렌, 아크릴릭, 실리콘, 니트릴, 폴리우레탄, 부틸과 EPDM 탄성중합체의 최소한 하나로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 언급한 코팅은 열, 방사선, 초기성 또는 습기 경화 메카니즘에 의해 경화되는 방법.

- 제14항에 있어서, 직물구조는 늘어나는 꼬여진 직물을 포함하는 장치.
- 제14항에 있어서, 직물구조는 늘어나는 뜨여진 직물을 포함하는 장치.
- 제15항에 있어서, 언급한 꼬여진 직물은 각 가닥이 언급한 다른 가닥의 하나나 그이상의 밑과 위에서 교대되도록 다수의 언급한 가닥을 대각선으로 가로지르므로써 연결되는 다중섬유의 가닥을 구성하는 장치.
- 제15항 또는 16항에 있어서, 공기백을 팽창시키는데 사용된 액체에 본질적으로 비투과성이거나 반투과성이고 다공성이 아니게 직물을 만들도록 언급한 직물에 탄성중합체 코팅하는 장치.
- 제18항에 있어서, 언급한 탄성중합체 코팅은 클로로프렌, 실리콘, 니트릴 아크릴릭, 우레탄, PVC, 부틸이나 EPDM의 최소한 하나를 포함하는 장치.
- 제18항에 있어서, 탄성중합체 코팅은 약 0.5에서 10밀정도의 두께를 갖는 장치.
- 제17항에 있어서, 언급한 직물은 폴리에스터, 나일론, 금속, 플라스틱, 울, 실크, 면, 레이온이나 유리섬유의 꼬여진 직물을 구성하는 장치.
