Claims (9)

  1. 민감한 금속 및 합성물 표면으로부터 피막을 제거시키는 방법에 있어서, 상기 면을 10-50psi의 압력하에서 충분히 포화된 압축기류로 분사하는 것을 포함하며, 상기 기류는 알칼리 금속과 암모늄 바아카보네이트로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 수용성 바이카보네이트를 분사매질로써 포함하며, 상기 바아키보네이트입자는 10-500미크론의 범위내의 입자크기를 가지며, 바아키보네이트의 중량에 대해 적오도 0.2%의 소수성 실리카 유동/항응고제와 혼합한 것인 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 바이카보네이트는 소듐바이카보네이트이며, 소수성 실리카는 수소결합을 하지 않은 실라놀기 및 흡수된 물이 없는 것인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 분사기류는 매분당 소듐바이카보네이트 입자 1-10 파운드의 비율로 조절되어 표면에 적용되는 것인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 분사매질은 바이카보네이트의 중량에 대해 0.2-3%의 소수성 실리카를 함유하는 것인 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 바아키보네이트는 250-300미크론의 범위의 입자크기를 가지는 방법.
  6. 민감한 금속과 합성물 표면으로부터 피막을 제거시키기 위한 분사매질에 있어서, 기본적으로 알칼리금속와 암모늄 바이카보네이트로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 수용성 바아카보네이트 입자로 구성되며, 상기의 바이카보네이트는 10-500 미크론의 범위내의 입자크기를 가지며, 이들은 바이카보네이트의 중량에 대해 적어도 0.2% 소수성 실라카 유동/항응고제와 혼합된 것인 분사매질
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 바이카보네이트는 소듐바이카보네이트이며, 소수성 실리카는 수소결합을 하지 않은 실라놀기 및 흡수된 물이 없는 것인 분사매질.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 0.2-3%의 소수성 실라카를 포함하는 분사매질.
  9. 제6항에 있어서, 바이카보네이트가 250-300미크론의 범위내의 입자크기를 가지는 것인 분사매질.
