제1도는 분사작업에 앞서, 피복재를 침투하고 있는 표면상의 식별가능한 부식부를 가지는 알루미늄합판시험용 패널의 전자조사 현미경사진이다,
제2도는 본 발명의 방법에 따라 세척된 알루미늄합판시험용 패널의 전자조사 현미경사진으로서, 금속표면에 손상을 입히지 않고 제조물질에 의해 표면부식이 제거된 것을 나타낸다,
제3도는 서로 상이한 평균입자크기를 가지는 바이카보네이트 분사매질을 다양한 이송속도로 이용하여서 얻어진 제조속도를 비교하는 그래프이다.
Claims (10)
- 민감한 금속 및 합성물 표면으로부터 피막을 제거시키기 위한 방법이, 상기 표면을 알칼리금속과 암모늄 바이카보네이트로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 평균 입자크기가 100-500 미크론 범위의 분사매질로서의 수용성 결정성 바이카보네이트입자를 포함하는 고속유체흐름으로 분사시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 피막제거방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유체흐름이 10-150psi 압력상태의 포화압축기류인 것을 특징으로 하는 피막제거방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 분사흐름이 취급표면에 대해 바이카보네이트입자가 1-10ℓb/min의 속도로 가해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 피막제거방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 바이카보네이트입자가 250-300 미크론의 평균입자크기를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 피막제거방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 바이카보네이트는 소듐 바이카보네이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 피막제거방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 분사매질이 바이카보네이트 중량의 0.2-3%에 해당하는 소수성 실리카 유동성/항응고제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피막제거방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 소수성 실리카는 비수소결합된 실라놀기와 흡수된 물이 없는 것을 특징으로 하는 피막제거방법.
- 민감한 금속 및 합성물 표면으로부터 피막을 제거시키기 위한 분사매질이 알칼리 금속과 암모뮴 바이카보네이트로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 수용성 결정성 바이카보네이트입자들로 구성되고, 상기 바이카보네이트입자는 100-500 미크론 범위 평균입자크기를 가지며, 또한 바이카보네이트의 중량의 0.2% 내지 3%의 소수성 실리카 유동성/항응고제와 혼합물로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 분사매질.
- 제8항에 있어서, 바이카보네이트는 소듐 바이카보네이트이고, 소수성 실리카는 비수소결합된 실라놀기와 흡수된 물이 없는 것을 특징으로 하는 분사매질.
