Claims (2)
- 이동 가능한 테이블(3)에 얹어놓여진 피검체(44)를 멀티슬라이스 스캔하여 복수의 단층상(70)을 촬영하는 X선 CT(1)와, 각각 관심영역(8)이 지정된 피검체(44)의 복수의 단층상 데이터가 주어지고, 이 복수의 단층상 데이터를 사용한 계산에 의하여, 관심영역의 중심(85)의 3차원 좌표를 구함과 동시에, 방사선 치료 장치(9)의 방사선원 위치에 상당하는 가상의 투여중심에서 본 관심영역(8)의 투시상을 구하는 계산장치(21)와, 상기 X선 CT(1)의 테이블(3)에 얹어놓여진 피검체(44)의 표면에, 위치가 가변의 적어도 3점의 광마크를 각각 투영하는 투광수다을 포함하고, 상기 계산장치(21)로부터 주어진 피검체(44)의 관심영역의 중심(85)의 3차원 좌표데이터에 의하여 정해지는 체표상의 위치에 광마크를 투영하는 위치결정 장치(20)와, 상기 위치결정장치(20)에 의하여 광마크가 투영되는 체표상의 위치에 마크(6)가 그려진 피검체(44)를, 마크(6)에 의하여 정해지는 관심영역의 중심(85)위치를 간트리(2)의 회전중심에 일치시켜 테이블(3)상에 얹어놓는 방사선 치료장치(9)로서, 방사선 조사창에 가변 개구의 콜리메이터(41)를 가지고, 이 콜리메이터(41)를 통하여 피검체(44)에 방사선을 조사하는 방사선 치료장치(9) 및 상기 계산장치(21)로 부터 계산 투시상 데이커를 수취하고 이 데이터에 의거하여 상기 치료장치(9)의 콜리메이터(41)의 개구를 제어하는 치료장치 콘트롤러(36)를 구비하는 방사선 치료 시스템.
- 치료장치(9)는, 콜리메이터(41)를 통하여 피검체(44)에 조사한 방사선에 의하여 촬영한 투시상의 비디오 신호를 치료장치 콘트롤러(36)에 주는 것이고, 치료장치 콘트롤러(36)는, 이 비디오 신호에 의거하는 투시상과 계산 투시상과를 대비하여 표시하는 것인 방사선 치료 시스템.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
