Claims (18)

  1. 좌석 지지부재와, 등받이 지지부재 및 상기 좌석 지지부재와 상기 등받이 지지부재를 부착시키는 기초 지지부재를 구비한 의자에 있어서, 상기 기초부재가, 기초 부재에 관하여 전방 착좌 위치와 후방착좌위치 사이에서 상기 좌석 지지부재의 운동을 허용하는 상기 좌석 지지부재와 결합하는 제1수단과, 상기 기초 부재 쪽과 기초 부재로부터 멀리 상기 등받이 지지부재의 수평 및 습동운동을 상기 좌석 지지부재의 운동과 독립적으로 허용하는 상기 등받이 지지부재와 결합하는 제2수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 의자.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 지면상에서 원하는 착석 높이로 상기 좌석 지지부재를 지지하기 위한 상기 기초부에 연결된 주각을 더 구비하고, 상기 기초 부재가 상기 주각에 대하여 수평축에 관하여 상기 기초 부재를 경사시키도록 작동하는 제3수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 의자.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 기초 부재가 한 방향으로 상기 기초 부재의 경사 운동을 선택적으로 허용하고 다른 방향으로 상기 기초 부재의 경사를 방지하기 위한 제3수단과 작동되도록 연결된 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 의자.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제3수단이 대체적으로 수평 위치 쪽으로 상기 기초 부재를 편위시키고 외력에 반응하여 상기 수평축에 관하여 상기 기초 부재의 경사를 허용하기 위한 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 의자.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1수단이 상기 좌석 지지부재를 상기 후방 착좌 위치쪽으로 편위시키기 위한 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 의자.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1수단이, 채널과, 상기 채널과 런너 사이에서 상대운동을 허용하도록 상기 채널과 습동 가능하게 결합하는 런너와, 상기 채널의 상대 운동과 상기 후방 및 전방 착좌 위치에 대응하는 측면방향으로 이격된 두개의 위치 사이에서 상기 런너의 상대 운동을 제한하기 위한 제한 수단을 포함하고, 상기 좌석 지지부재는 상기 채널과 상기 런너의 하나에 부착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 의자.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 채널은 대체적으로 도브테일 형상 구조체를 포함하고, 상기 런너는 상대 축방향운동을 허용하도록 상기 채널 구조와 습동 가능하게 결합하고 상기 채널과 상기 런너의 측면 분리를 방지하는 짝결합 도브테일 형상 구조체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 의자.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 채널과 런너중의 하나는 상기 채널과 런너중의 하나보다 축방향 길이가 길고, 상기제한 부재는 상기 채널과 상기 런너 사이에서 축방향 운동을 방지하도록 상기 채널과 상기 런너중의 다른 하나의 측면에지와 결합하는 상기 채널과 상기 런너중의 긴 하나상에 있는 립 연장부를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 의자.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2수단은 상기 기초부재에 관하여 원하는 위치에 상기 등받이 지지부재를 로킹하기 위한 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 의자.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 로킹 수단은 상기 기초 부재상에서 선희 가능하게 운동가능한 레버와 상기 레버의 선회 운동에 반응하여 상기 등받이 지지부재를 선택적으로 분리 및 결합하기 위하여 상기 레버와 함께 작동가능하게 연결된 캠수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 의자.
  11. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 제2 수단은 사용자가 의자에 착석할때 사용자에 의해 정상적으로 적용된 힘에 반응하여 상기 등받이 지지부재를 로크하는 어떤 위치 쪽으로 상기 로킹 수단을 편위하기 위한 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 의자.
  12. 의자에 있어서, 죄석 지지부재와 기초부재를 포함하고, 상기 기초부재가, 상기 좌석 지지 부재와 결합하고 상기 기초부재에 관하여 전방 착좌위치와 후방 위치 사이에서 상기 좌석 지지부재의 운동을 허용하도록 작동하고 대체적으로 도브테일 형상구조체를 가진 채널을 포함한 제1수단과, 상대 축방향 운동을 허용하도록 상기 채널 구조체를 습동 가능하게 결합하는 짝결합 도브테일 형상구조체를 가지고 상기 채널과 상기 런너의 측명 분리를 방지하는 런너와, 상기 전방 및 후방 착좌 위치에 대응하는 측면으로 이격된 두개의 선택된 위치들 사이에서 상기 채널과 상기 런너의 상대 이동을 제한하는 제한 수단을 포함하고. 상기 좌서 지지부재가 상기 채널과 상기 런너중 하나에 부착된 것을 특징으로 하는 의자.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 채널과 런너중 하나가 상기 채널과 런너중의 다른 하나보다 축방향 길이가 길고,상기 제한 부재가 상기 채널과 상기 런너 사이에서 축방향 운동을 방지하도록 상기 채널과 상기 런너중이 다른 하나의 측면에지와 결합하는 상기 채널과 상기 런너중의 긴 하나상에 있는 립 연장부를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 의자.
  14. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 제1수단이 상기 좌적 지지부재를 상기 후방 착좌 위치쪽으로 편위시키기 위한 수단을 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 의자.
  15. 의자에 있어서, 죄석 지지부재와, 상기 좌석 지지부재가 부착되어 있는 기초 부재와, 지면상에서 원하는 착석 높이로 상기 좌석 지지부재를 지지하도록 상기 기초부에 연결된 주각을 포함하고, 상기 기초부재가, 상기 주각에 대하여 수평축에 관하여 전방 및 후방으로 상기 기초 부재를 경사시키도록 작동하는 선회수단과, 전방 또는 후방중 한 방향으로 상기 기초 부재의 경사를 선택적으로 허용하고 전방 또는 후방중 다른 방향으로 상기 기초 부재의 선호운동을 허용하도록 선회수단과 작동 가능하도록 연결된 제어수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 의자.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 선회수단이 대체적으로 수평위치쪽으로 상기 기초 부재를 편위시키고 상기 기초 부재를 외력에 반응하여 상기 수평축에 관하여 경사를 허용하는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 의자.
  17. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 선회수단이 외부 브래킷과, 상기 외부 브래킷내에 놓여 있는 내부 브래킷과, 공동 선회축의 서로에 관하여 상기 내부 및 외부 브래킷을 경사지게 하기 위하여 상기 내부 및 외부 브래킷을 결합하는 핀 수단을 구비하고, 대체적으로 비경사 위치쪽으로 상기 브래킷을 편위시키기 위하여 상기 내부 및 외부 브래킷에 작동되도록 부착된 스프링 수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 의자.
  18. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 선회수단이 외부 브래킷과, 상기 외부 브래킷내에 놓여 있는 내부 브래킷과, 공동 선회축에 관하여 로서로에 대하여 상기 내부 및 외부 브래킷을 경사시키도록 상기 내부 및 외부 브래킷을 결합하는 핀수단과, 상기 브래킷들을 대체적으로 비경사 위치쪽으로 편위시키기 위하여 상기 내부 및 외부브래킷에 작동되게 부착된 스프링 수단을 구비하고, 상기 제어 수단이, 상기 브래킷들의 선회측으로 부터 이격된 제2축을 따라 상기 내부 및 외부 브래킷을 통하여 연장된 선회 제어로드를 포함하고 상기 내부 및 외부 브래킷의 한 측면 상에서 상기 제2축을 따라 위히한 서로 다른 치수의 한쌍의 내부 및 외부 유입구멍을 통하여 통과 가능하고, 상기 내부 및 외부 브래킷의 대향 측면에서 상기 제2축을 따라 위치한 한쌍의 대향 이격된 내부 및 외부 출구구멍을 통하여 통과 가능하고, 상기 내부 및 외부 출구 구멍이 다른 치수를 가지고 있고 적어도 하나의 외주에지를 따라 정렬되어 있고 상기 브래킷들이 상기 비경사 위치내에 있을때 적어도 하나의 대향 외주에지를 따라 정렬되어 있지 않고, 상기 제어 로드가 상기 내부 및 외부 브래킷의 경사를 허용하도록 상기 내부 및 외부 유입 구멍을 통하여 연장되나 상기 내부 및 외부 배출 구멍을 통하여 연장되지 않는 제1위치와 상기 제어로드가 상기 한 방향으로 상기 내부 및 외부 브래킷의 경사를 선택적으로 방지하도록 그것의 상기 정열된 외주에지와 인접한 내부 및 외부 유입 구멍과 내부 및 외부 출구 구멍을 통하여 연장되는 제2위치 사이에서 제어로드가 상기 제2축을 따라 이동 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 의자.
