Claims (6)
- 전자부품과, 이 전자부품과 전기적으로 직렬로 접속되는 동시에, 이 전자부품에 열전도가 양호한 상태로 접촉시킨 저융점금속요소와, 상기 전자부품과 상기 저융점금속요소의 바깥둘레를 덮은 열수축절연 튜우브를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 안전보장기능을 가진 전자부품.
- 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 2개 이상의 열수축절연튜우브에 의해서, 전자부품과 저융점금속요소의 바깥 둘레를 소정의 간격을 두고 덮은 것을 특징으로 하는 안전보장기능을 가진 전자 부품.
- 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 열수축절연튜우브에 개구부를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 안전보장기능을 가진 전자부품.
- 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 전자부품과 저융점금속요소와 열수축절연튜우브를 바깥둘레에 공간을 두고, 난연성절연물로 이루어진 케이싱내에 수납한 것을 특징으로 하는 안전보장기능을 가진 전자부품.
- 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 전자부품으로서 서어지흡수소자를 사용해서 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 안전보장 기능을 가진 전자부품.
- 청구범위 제5항에 있어서, 서어지흡수소자로서 배리스터혹은 방전갭 혹은 이들의 혼합체를 사용해서 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 안전보장기능을 가진 전자부품.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
