Claims (12)

  1. 금속표면, 특히 철, 강철, 아연, 아연/니켈합금, 알루미늄 및/또는 그의 합금 또는 알루미늄-강철-결합작용재에 다음 성분을 포함하는 수용액으로 처리함으로써 인산피막을 만드는 처리방법.
    0.01∼5g/1Zn2+이온 0.3∼10g/1Be2+이온 3∼50g/1 인산이온 0∼2g/1 불소이온 및 촉매로서 : 0.5∼30g/1 질산이온 및/또는 0.01∼1g/1 아질산이온 및/또는 0.2∼10g/1 염소산 이온 및/또는 0.1∼2g/1 유기질소화합물 및/또는 0.01∼5g/1의 과산화물 여기서 용액의 pH-값은 2∼4로 조절된다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 0.5∼1.5g/1 Zn2+이온 0.3∼1.5g/1 Ba2+이온 3∼15g/1 인산이온 0∼1g/1 불소이온 및 촉매로서 1.0∼10g/1 질산이온 및/또는 0.01∼1g/1 아질산이온 및/또는 0.2∼10g/1 염소산 이온 및/또는 0.1∼2g/1 유기질소화합물 및/또는 0.01∼5g/1의 과산화물을 포함하며 pH 값이 2∼3로 조절되는 수용액을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 처리방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 0.5∼1.1g/1Zn2+이온 0.5∼1.1g/1Be2+이온 4∼10g/1 인산이온 0.5∼1g/1 불소이온 및 촉매로서 : 2∼4g/1 질산이온과 0.1∼1g/1 아질산이온을 포함하는 수용액을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 처리방법.
  4. 제2항 또는 3항에 있어서, Ba2+-, Zn2+-, 및 인산 이온이 1:2:(9∼12), 바람직하게는 1:2:10의 중량비, 로 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 처리방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 0.1∼2.5g/1 Zn2+이온 1∼7g/1 Ba2+이온 10∼30g/1 인산이온 0∼1g/1의 불소이온 및 촉매로서 1.0∼10g/1 질산이온 및/또는 0.1∼1g/1 아질산이온 및/또는 0.5∼5g/1 염소산 이온 및/또는 0.1∼2g/1 유기 질소화합물을 포함하고 있으며 용액의 pH 값이 2.5∼3.8로 조절되는 수용액을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 0.1∼1g/1 Zn2+이온 2∼6g/1 Ba2+이온 10∼30g/1 인산이온 0.5∼1g/1 불소이온 및 촉매로서 : 1∼5g/1 질산이온 및/또는 0.1∼1g/1 아질산 이온 및/또는 0.5∼5g/1 염소산이온 및/또는 0.1∼2g/1 유기질소화합물을 포함하는 수용액을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 처리방법.
  7. 제5 또는 6항에 있어서, Zn2+-, Ba2+-, 및 인산 이온의 량을 1:(1∼30):(7∼200), 바람직하게는 1:(2∼20):(15∼90)의 중량비로 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 처리방법.
  8. 제1 내지 7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 0.01∼0.6g/1의 Co2+이온을 포함하고 있는 수용액을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 처리방법.
  9. 제1 내지 7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 0.01∼0.3g/1의 Mg2+이온을 포함하고 있는 용액을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 처리방법.
  10. 제1 내지 7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 0.01∼0.5g/1의 Fe3+이온을 포함하고 있는 수용액을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 처리방법.
  11. 제1 내지 10항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 인산 바륨 이안연피막을 만드는 것을 특징으로 하는 처리방법.
  12. 음극 전기 침강식 라크칠을 위한 금속표면을 가공할때 제1 내지 11항중 어느 한 항에 따른 처리방법의 용도.
