Claims (10)

  1. 일반식〔Ⅰ〕
    (식중, R1은 수소원자, 할로겐 원자 또는 탄소수 20개 이하의 탄화수소기를 나타내고, m은 1-3의 정수를 나타낸다.
    또한 m이 복수인 때는 각 R1은 동일하여도 달라도 좋다)로 표시되는 스티렌계 반복단위(a)및 일반식 〔Ⅱ-(b)〕
    (식중, R2는 수소원자 또는 메틸기를 나타낸다)로 표시되는 아크릴로 니트릴계 반복단위(b), 일반식 〔Ⅱ-(c)〕
    (식중, R13은 수소원자 또는 탄소수 5개 이하의 포화탄화수소기를 나타내고, R4는 수소원자, 탄소수 20개 이하의 포화탄화수소기, 수산기를 1개 이상갖는 탄소수 20개 이하의 포화탄화수소기, 벤질기, 치환벤질기, 페닐기 또는 치환페닐기를 나타낸다)로 표시되는 불포화 카르복시산 또는 그 에스테르 반복단위(c)또는 일반식 〔Ⅱ-(d)〕
    (식중, R5는 수소원자, 탄소수 20개 이하의 포화탄화수소기, 수산기를 1개 이상 갖는 탄소수 20개 이하의 포화탄화수소기, 벤질기, 치환벤질기, 페닐기 또는 치환페닐기를 나타낸다)로 표시되는 말레이미드 또는 N-치환 말레이미드 반복단위(d)로 이루어지며, 그 반복단위(d), (c)또는 (d)를 0.1-50중량% 함유하는 것과 동시에 135℃의 1,2,4-트리클로로 벤젠중에서 측정한 고유점도가 0.07-20dl/g이고, 또, 스티렌계 반복단위(a)연쇄의 입체 규칙성이 고도의 신디오탁틱 구조인 것을 특징으로 하는 스티렌계 혼성중합체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 일반식 〔Ⅰ〕로 표시되는 스티렌계 반복단위(a)및 일반식 〔Ⅱ-(b)〕로 표시되는 아크릴로 니트릴계 반복단위(b)로 이루어지고, 그 반복단위(b)를 0.1-50중량% 함유하는 스티렌계 혼성중합체.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 일반식 〔Ⅰ〕로 표시되는 스티렌계 반복단위(a)및 일반식 〔Ⅱ-(c)〕로 표시되는 불포화 카르복시산 또는 그 에스테르계 반복단위(c)로 이루어지고, 그 반복단위(c)를 0.1-50중량% 함유하는 스티렌계 혼성중합체.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 일반식 〔Ⅰ〕로 표시되는 스티렌계 반복단위(a)및 일반식 〔Ⅱ-(d)〕로 표시되는 말레이미드 또는 N-치환말레이미드 반복단위(d)로 이루어지고, 그 반복단위(d)를 0.1-50중량% 함유하는 스티렌계 혼성중합체.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 일반식〔Ⅰ´〕
    (식중, R1, m은 전기한 바와 동일하다)로 표시되는 스티렌계 단량체 및, 일반식〔Ⅱ-(b)〕
    (식중, R2는 전기한 바와 동일하다)로 표시되는 아크릴로 니트릴계 단량체.
    일반식〔Ⅱ´-(c)〕
    (식중, R3, R4는 전기한 바와 동일하다)로 표시되는 불포화 카르복시산 또는 그 에스테르계 단량체 또는 일반식〔Ⅱ´-(d)〕
    (식중, R5는 전기한 바와 동일하다)로 표시되는 말레이미드 또는 N-치환 말레이미드 단량체를 티탄 화합물과, 알킬알루민옥산으로 이루어진 촉매의 존재하에 혼성중합시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 스티렌계 혼성중합체의 제조방법.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 일반식〔Ⅰ´〕로 표시되는 스티렌계 단량체 및 일반식 〔Ⅱ´-(b)〕로 표시되는 아클릴로 니트릴계 단량체를, 티탄화합물과 알킬알루민 옥산으로 이루어진 촉매의 존재하에 혼성중합시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 스티렌계 혼성중합체의 제조방법.
  7. 제3항에 있어서, 일반식〔Ⅰ´〕로 표시되는 스티렌계 단량체 및 일반식 〔Ⅱ´-(c)〕로 표시되는 불포화 카르복시산 또는 그 에스테르계 단량체를, 티탄화합물과 알킬알루민 옥산으로 이루어진 촉매의 존재하에 혼성중합시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 스티렌계 혼성중합체의 제조방법.
  8. 제4항에 있어서, 일반식〔Ⅰ´〕로 표시되는 스티렌계 단량체 및 일반식 〔Ⅱ´-(d)〕로 표시되는 말레이미드 또는 N-치환 말레이미드 단량체를, 티탄 화합물과 알킬알루민옥산으로 이루어진 촉매의 존재하에 혼성중합시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 스티렌계 혼성중합체의 제조방법.
  9. 제5항 내지 제8항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 티탄화합물이 일반식 TiRXYZ(식중, R은 시클로펜타디에닐기, 치환 시클로펜타디에닐기, 또는 인데닐기를 나타내고, X, Y 및 Z는 각각 독립적으로 수소원자, 탄소수 1-12의 알킬기, 탄소수 1-12의 알콕시기, 탄소수 6-20의 아릴기, 탄소수 6-20의 아릴옥시기, 탄소수 6-20의 아릴알킬기 또는 할로겐 원자를 나타낸다)로 표시되는 티탄화합물인 스티렌계 혼성중합체의 제조방법.
  10. 제5항 내지 제8항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 알킬알루민 옥산이 양성자 핵자기 공명 흡수법으로 관측되는 알루미늄-메틸기(Al-CH3)결합에 기초한 메틸양성자 시그날 영역에 있어서의 고자장성분(톨루엔 용매 측정 조건에서 톨루엔의 메틸양성자 2.35ppm을 기준으로 -0.1∼0.5ppm)이 50%이하의 메틸알루민옥산인 스티렌계 혼성중합체의 제조방법.
