제1도는 소결품(sintered product)의 치수변화와 인장강도간의 관계를 나타내는 그래프,
제2도는 선 A는 Ni-Mo만이 함유된 합금분말을 사용하는 경우를 나타내고, 선 B는 Cr, Mn 및 si가 Ni과 Mo의 총량의 50%이상 포함되어 있는 경우를 나타내는 소결중의 열팽창곡선에 관한 그래프,
제3도는 소결시 흑연의 침탄거동을 나타내는 그래프.
Claims (5)
- 합금분말의 고상선 온도가 950℃보다 높고 1300℃보다 낮으며, 소결중에 형성된 액상의 양이 20%이상인, Fe분말과 합금분말이 서로 혼합되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 분말야금용 분말혼합물.
- 소결품의 조직은 Fe 분말의 결정립계를 따라 망상구조로 발전된 균질한 마르텐사이트 조직으로 이루어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 제1항의 분말 혼합물을 사용하여 소결된 소결품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 합금분말이 기본성분으로서 Ni, Mo 및 Mn으로 포함하고 있고, Cr, Si, Al, Ti, P, V, Nb, Sn, W, Co, Cu 및 B로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 원소중 1이상도 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분말야금용 분말혼합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 합금분말은 평균입도가 20㎛이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 분말야금용 분말혼합물.
- 소결품의 조직이 Fe분말의 결정립계를 따라 망상구조로 발전된 균질한 마르텐사이트로 이루어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 제3항의 분말혼합물을 사용하여 소결된 소결품.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하되는 것임.
