Claims (9)
- 다음 성분을 함유한 슬라브를 열간 압연하고, 최종 냉간 압연 단계전에 800-1100℃의 온도에서 30-600초간 스트립의 중간 아닐링단계 및 가속 냉각 단계와 함께 적어도 두단계의 상은 압연으로 핫스트립을 냉간 압연하며, 최종 두께로 냉간 압연된 스트립의 탈탄화와 함께 습윤한 분위기에서 재결정화 아닐링하고, 분리제를 스트립 표면에 도포한 다음 고은 아닐링하여 입자-배향 전기 강판 또는 슬라브를 제조하는데 있어서, Si 2.0-4.0%, C 0.02-0.10% Mn 0.02-0.15%, s 및/또는 Se 0.008-0.08%, Al 최대 0.005%%, Cu 최대 0.3%, 불가피한 불순물을 비롯한 잔량의 철, 및 입자 경계 분리 성분 중간 아닐링 온도로 50k/sec 이상의 속도에서 냉각시키며, 그후 또는 많아야 3개월후에 300-700℃의 온도에서 최종 냉간 압연 단계전 적어도 30초간 담금질 아닐링하고, 그 두께가 40-80%로 감소된 것을 특징으로 하는 최종 두께 0.1-0.5mm인 입자-배향 전기 강판 또는 슬라브의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 스트립에 중간 아닐링 온도에서 담금질 아닐링처리 온도까지의 가속 냉각단계를 수행하는 것이 특징인 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 스트립을 100-300 K/sec의 속도에서 가속 냉각시키는 것이 특징인 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 당금질 아닐링을 450-650℃의 온도에서 100-600초간 수행하는 것이 특징인 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 스트립을 2.5-20 K/sec의 속도에서 담금질 아닐링 처리오도로 가열시킨 다음 동일 속도에서 재냉각시키는 것이 특징인 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열간 압연 스트립을 900-1100℃의 온도에서 60-600초간 아닐링하는 것이 특징인 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 각종 냉간 압연단계중에 스트립을 50-400℃의 오노에서 압연시키는 것이 특징인 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, MgO 함유 분리제를 스트립 표면에 도포하는 것이 특징인 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 담금질 아닐링을 많아야 15분간 수행하는 것이 특징인 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개되는 것임.
