그리고 제4도는 제3도의 화살표 Ⅳ에 따르는 온도조절벨의 부분 전면도임.
Claims (12)
- 하나의 몰드요홈(105)을 가지고 있으며 반분쉘들중에서 동시에 2개가 조형통로(9)에서 결합하여 중앙의 종축(29)을 가지고 몰드공간(103)을 둘러싸는 하나의 몰드를 형성하는 반부쉘들(2, 2′)이 기계베드(1)상에서 생산의 방향에서 순환로로 안내되어지게 배열되어있으며. 여기서 압출기의 인젝션 헤드(25)는 조형통로(9)의 상류에 배열되어있으며, 그리고 적어도 하나의 찬넬(각각 배부찬넬(37) 및 외부찬넬(38)을 가지며, 이 찬넬은 대체로 중앙의 종축에 동심으로 뻗쳐있으며 그리로 2개의 부분에 의하여 경계된 대체로 한쌍으로된 노즐(각각 내부노즐(63)과 외부노즐(83)에서 끝나고 있으며 이 2개의 부분중에서 적어도 1개(각각 내부노즐링(66) 및 외부노즐링(81))는 노즐(각각 내부노즐(63) 및 외부노즐(83)의 폭(각각 c 및 d)의 수정을 위하여 조절할수 있는 그러한 반분쉘들(2)을 가지는 프라스틱파이프(23)의 제조를 위한 장치에 있어서, 노즐(각각 내부노즐(63) 및 외부노즐(63)을 직접적으로 경계하고 있는 하나의 부품(각각 내부노즐링(66) 및 외부노즐링(81) 및 내부심금디스크(60)이 중앙종축(29)에 관련하여 경동할 수 있는 것을 특징으로하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 부품은 중앙종축(29)의 방향에서 인젝션헤드(25)상에서 이동가능하게 안내되며 그리고 중앙종축에 관련하여 경동할수 있는 노즐링(각각 내부노즐링(66) 및 외부노즐링(81))인 것을 특징으로하는 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 노즐링(각각 내부노즐링(66)과 외부노즐링(81)은 각각의 경우에 번갈아가면서 주위에 배열되어 있으며 중앙종축(29)에 평행하게 뻗쳐 있는 다수의 장력조절나사들(각각 (67) 및 (82)) 및 압력조절나사들(각각 (67′) 및 (82′)에 의하여 인젝션헤드(25)에 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 노즐(내부노즐(63))을 경계하고 있는 다른 부품(내부심금디스크(60))은 중앙종축(29)에 관련하여 경동할수 있도록 형성된 것을 특징으로하는 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 다른 부품(내부심금 디스크(60))은 중앙종축(29)에 관하여 경동할 수 있게 인젝션헤드(25)와 연결된 장소가 고정된 원추형의 좌면(70)에 대하여 기대고 있는 원추형 표면(69)을 가지는 것을 특징으로하는 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 주위에 배열되어있으며, 중앙의 종축(29)에 평행하게 뻗쳐 있으며, 그리고 인젝션헤드(25)와 연결되어 있는 다수의 안력조절나사들(79)이 부품(내부심금디스크(60))에 대하여 기대는 것을 특징으로하는 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 부품(내부심금디스크(60))에 대하여 기대고 있으며 중앙종축(29)에 관련하여 경동할수 있도록 장소가 고정된 구상의 좌면(76)상에 안내된 하나의 조절링(원추형 조절링(72))이 압력조절나사들(79)과 부품(내부심금 디스크(60))사이에 배열되어 있는 것을 특징으로하는 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 조절링(원추형의 조절링(72))은 원추형표면(73)을 가지고 부품(내부심금디스크(60))의 원추형좌면(74)에 대하여 기대는 것을 특징으로하는 장치.
- 제5항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 한편으로는 부품(내부심금디스크(60))과 인젝션헤드(25)를 가지는 원추형표면(69)과 원추형의 좌면(70)에 의하여 그리고 다른한편으로는 조절링(원추형 조절링(72))과 부품(내부심금디스크(60))을 가지는 원추형표면(73)과 원추형좌면(74)에 의하여 형성된 각도는 약 90°인 것을 특징으로하는 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 중앙종축(29)에 대한 원추형표면들(각각 (69) 및 (73))과 원추형 좌면들(각각 (70)과 (74))의 경사의 각도들(a, b)은 약 45°인 것을 특징으로하는 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 부품(내부심금디스크(60))인것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
