Claims (8)

  1. 하나 이상의 전기 도체 주위에 크림프되기에 적합한 압축식 전기 커넥터에 있어서, 외부 평면의 전체 측방향 크기에 걸쳐 연장되고 도체수용 리세스에 평행한 홈이 제공된 적어도 한 외부 평면을 가지며, 금속 몸체를 통해 연장되는 적어도 2개의 평행 도체 수용 리세스가 제공된 압축성 금속 몸체와, 상기 홈내에 제공되며, 상기 하나이상의 전기 도체를 상기 도체 수용 리세스내에 고정하기 위해서 크림핑전에 하나 이상의 전기 도체 주위에 꼬이기에 충분한 길이를 갖는 묶음 장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축식 전기 커넥터.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 묶음 장치는 금속와이어인 것을 특징으로 하는 압축식 전기 커넥터.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 묶음 장치는 왁스 도포 꼬임줄인 것을 특징으로 하는 압축식 전기 커넥터.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 금속 몸체와 묶음 장치는 주석 도금 구리 재료로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 압축식 전기 커넥터.
  5. 크림핑전에 하나 이상의 전기 도체를 커넥터에 임시로 고정하는 방법에 있어서, 외부 평면의 전체 측방향 크기에 걸쳐 연장되고 도체 수용 리세스에 평행한 홈이 제공된 적어도 한 외부 평면을 가지며, 금속 몸체를 통해 연장되는 적어도 2개의 평행 도체 수용 리세스가 제공된 금속 몸체를 갖는 압축식 전기 커넥터를 제공하는 단계와, 상기 하나 이상의 전기 도체 주위에 꼬이도록 충분한 길이를 갖는 묶음 장치를 홈내에 삽입하는 단계와 상기 하나 이상의 전기 도체를 도체 수용 리세스내에 삽입하는 단계와, 상기 하나 이상의 전기 도체 수용 리세스내에 고정시키기 위해 상기 묶음 장치를 상기 압축식 전기 커넥터의 적어도 한 측에 있는 하나 이상의 전기도체 주위에 꼬는 단계와, 상기 압축식 전기 커넥터를 크림핑 장치내에 위치시키는 단계와, 상기 압축식 전기 커넥터를 하나 이상의 전기 도체 주위에 압축시키기 위해 상기 크림핑 장치에 압력을 적용시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 묶음 장치의 잉여부는 상기 압력 적용 단계후에 제거되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 묶음 장치는 금속 와이어인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 묶음 장치는 왁스 도포 꼬임줄 재료인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
