제1도는 본 발명에 따른 갈바노전지의 수직단면을 도시한 도면, 제2도는 바람직한 마름모형태를 갖는 두 개의 금속매쉬 세그먼트를 도시한 도면.
Claims (6)
- 정제형태로 압축된 분말 전극으로, 보강재로서 그리고 전도체로서 작용하는 액체 투과가능 금속메쉬재에 의해 커버되는 양전극과 음전극이 있으며, 단단히 밀폐된 케이스속에 사이에 끼인 전해액 함유의 분리기가 있는 납작한 디자인, 특히 버튼 전지와 같은 갈바노 전지에 있어서, 메쉬재가 리브메쉬 포일(4)임을 특징으로 하는 갈바노 전기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 리브 메쉬포일이 만들어지는 금속이 전기화학적 전극처리에 개입되지 않는 것이며, 스텐레스 강철, 니켈 또는 니켈-플레이트 강철임을 특징으로 하는 갈바노 전지.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 리브 메쉬포일이 두께가 0.05㎜-0.15㎜, 바람직하게는 0.1㎜인 포일재 또는 앤드리스 스트립으로부터 생산됨을 특징으로 하는 갈바노 전지.
- 제3항에 있어서, 리브메쉬 포일이 마름모꼴 메쉬패턴을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 갈바노 전지.
- 제4항에 있어서, 메쉬의 스트립폭 s가 0.1-0.3㎜이며, 바람직하게는 0.15㎜이고, 마름모꼴 메쉬(짧은 마름모꼴 대각선)이 스트립 폭보다 1-6배 큼을 특징으로 하는 갈바노 전지.
- 제5항에 있어서, 짧은 마름모꼴 대각선이 약 1㎜이고 이 경우 마름모꼴의 형상이 거의 정사각형임을 특징으로 하는 갈바노 전지.※참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
