제1도는 본 발명의 제1실시예에 관한 유체제어기의 종단면도이다, 제2도는 본 발명의 제2실시예에 관한 유체제어기의 시이트부(A)를 표시하는 단면도이다. 제3도는 본 발명의 제3실시예에 관한 유체제어기의 시이트부(A)를 표시하는 단면도이다. 제4도는 본 발명의 제4실시예에 관한 유체제어기의 시이트부(A)를 표시하는 단면도이다.
Claims (9)
- 밸브체(6)와 밸브시이트(7)로 구성된 시이트부(A)가 있는 유체제어기에 있어서, 밸브시이트(7)와 맞닿는 밸브체(6)가 밸브체 기부(11), 밸브체기부(11)의 외표면을 덮고 있으며 전기한 밸브시이트(7)와 맞닿는 금속박막으로 만들어진 커버체(9), 전기한 밸브체 기부(11)와 커버체(9) 사이에 끼워지며 탄성재료로 만들어지는 탄성체(10) 등으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 유체제어기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 커버체(9)를, 금속박막을 접시형상으로 형성하며, 탄성체(10)는 고무를 디스크형상으로 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 유체제어기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 커버체(9)를, 금속박막을 접시형상으로 형성하며, 이 커버체(9)의 외주변부에 의해 밸브실(IC)의 상부 개방부가 밀폐되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 유체제어기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 커버체(9), 또는, 커버체(9)와 밸브체 기부(11)에 탄성체(10)를 끼워 넣기 위한 가이드홈(9c), 또는 가이드홈(9c)과 가이드홈(11a)을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 유체제어기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 탄성체(10)를, 코일스프링을 링형상으로 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 유체제어기.
- 밸브체(6)와 밸브시이트(7)로 구성된 시이트부(A)가 있는 유체제어기에 있어서, 밸브체(6)와 맞닿는 밸브시이트(7)가 밸브시이트 기부(12), 밸브시이트 기부(12)의 외표면을 덮고 있으며 전기한 밸브체(6)와 맞닿는 금속박막으로 만들어진 커버체(9), 전기한 밸브시이트 기부(12)와 커버체(9)의 사이에 끼워지며 탄성재료로 만들어지는 탄성체(10) 등으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 유체제어기.
- 제6항에 있어서, 커버체(9)는 니켈 또는 니켈합금의 박막으로 형성되어 있으며, 탄성체(10)는 불소고무를 사용하여 만들어진 것을 특징으로 하는, 유체제어기.
- 제6항에 있어서, 커버체(9) 또는, 커버체(9)와 밸브시이트 기부(12)에 탄성체(10)를 끼워 넣기 위한 가이드홈(9c), 또는, 가이드홈(9c)과 가이드홈(12a)을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 유체제어기.
- 제6항에 있어서, 탄성체(10)를, 코일스프링을 링형상으로 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 유체제어기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개되는 것임.
